No instructions, no link or web URL for the client to navigate to and certainly no instructions at all. This might be one of the most poorly designed things in Doc-it.

A very good document managment product with good support team. I find there is still growth to come.

It was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Really easy to organize thoughts and workpapers.

Still confused in the UI why you can access an archive via the archive explorer or binder explorer, and both can be made to have the same layout.

The integration with caseware for each of printing and the ease to which PDF documents can be marked up. Works well in the field as well.

The best feature is the quick accessibility of documents.

It is very feature rich. In an attempt to modernize our office our first challenge was how to go about turning dozens of filing cabinets into a virtual, paperless environment.

Feels like they take a true vested interest in your satisfaction. You don't feel like you're dealing with a large tech company, but a family business.

The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.

The ability to annotate and mark-up documents with ease and allows paperless record keeping. The customer support is great when any issues result.

Updates are easy and support is always offered to help you initiate any updates.

It Suite is the ability to organize the files that I use. You can also set rules on each of your files to ensure that no one can edit or comment on what you upload.

Customer Support is stellar. Offers more  features and functionality without add-ons than the competition.

It team has proven to be very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended software.

Most exciting, the PDF Editor/viewer is included. For less then the cost of one Acrobat license, I get a very comparable PDF Editor plus so much more.

It was slow and ocassionally would lock me out of excel workbooks. Some data would get trapped if I accidentally opened a workpaper twice.

It crashes when I try to drag and drop from Outlook email. It crashes when I try to send an email with password protection and I drag and drop the protected pdf icon too quickly.

The best part of Doc It is its document organization. The archive and the editor are also excellent tools for any office.

The software is user friendly and is logically organized and the user can customize. The PDF editor is also great...easy to use and applicable to people that work in tax and accounting.

Clients tend to disregard the notifications as spam. Job Queue could be more user-friendly and offer more options.

Or opening a document and turning on bookmarks. The portal setup for a client and related instructions are utterly useless.

The integration between Scanning, OCR & archive is useful. Work in process binders helped clean up and organize document storage.

Doc-It  continually makes a better product at a better price and supports it well.

The absolute WORST and I really mean THE WORST thing about OneDrive is that it RUNS Microsoft OneNote. You can't have ONE without the other ONE.

Huge storing capacity with ease of use, plus adding files to the shared file with your team is super simple, and make all the files accessable from everywhere. Highly recommend it for everyday use.

When there is a file discrepancy it can be really hard to determine the problem. It's hard to know if you are signed out.

I like having the ability to save items on my desktop at work and being able to access them at home. It is easy for me to simply save from my desktop and access anywhere.

There is alot with this program that makes it confusing to use and sometimes it is a disappointment.

Sometimes OneDrive has given errors (due to syncing or momentary loss of internet) and it is quite annoying. The biggest issue is when transferring documents and you have to restart all over again.

Haveing great place to have to back up content with ease as a youtuber and at a good price I woodcaway reckamand to everbody.

I love the ease at which you can access documents on the fly. If I need to get to something quickly and I’m away from the office, this software is great.

The way it integrates with all other Microsoft products is exceptional, the clean design, great amount of space given and the fact you can use multiple devices is also a great add-on.

I hate Notifications and it will not stop dinging and flashing Messages. Can not figure out how to disable them.

I like that it’s very intuitive, easy to use and that is an excellent tool to share and save my file ,document  or photos.

Love the layout, love the ease of use with the program as well, navigation is very easy and the theme of the software is sleek.

It's the best solution for backing up your files easily. The best part of it is been able to integrate your phone, computer and tablet.

There’s not much bad to say about this software, but the lack of access to settings through ‘ Properties’ is a bummer.

The software seems to sync often and tends to lock up the system momentarily. I have never lost any files but this is still a slight annoyance.

Overall this is a great product that is wonderful when it comes to space and quality for your money.

Software is easy to use and mostly seamless once it is all setup. Love that documents are automatically backed up and available on every device that I login to.

The security is great and you can individually password protect the most important files. Cross platform support is also great and it works well on both mac and phones.

It has a competitive pricing, is backed by Microsoft,  and has a good feature set that should be sufficient for most people.

OneDrive offers a lot of free storage, which is great. It has a very nice user interface that is easy to use.

Synchronize with all your Windows. I love being able to have it on all my PCs and being able to share the content with ease.

OneDrive software has good and clear interface that has easy functions. We can adjust its settings easily as to our favour.

Being that this software is supposed to provide convenience, using it was awful and quite honestly, wasted a lot of time.

The greatest part of this software is its ability to integrate with the other Microsoft programs/applications; this is especially true when in comes to Microsoft's email platform, Outlook.

In general, it is a very good application that helps in productivity and the high availability of important work files.

Backups are protected and available always. A good configuration helps you safeguard the important files without transferring everything up.

Microsoft OneDrive is the perfect software for people who love to organize everything and now they can organize their files with ease.

It is nice to work with the same document to create some creative jobs and it is great to do it in any place that we are.

OneDrive has a lot of storage space and a really easy, friendly interface. Also great customer support.
