Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.

This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business is great. The product is amazing for what it does and it is extremely easy to use even for beginners.

The product is easy to use and the most important feature that I saw on the app is the drag and drop feature it's so helpful it helps me upload media and files easily it's really a great feature.

Constantly changing UX - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. Suffers from a bit of UX identity crisis.

If I fail to download them, then I no longer have access to the files. It may be that you only have access to files for a certain length of time, in that case the error would be mine.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.

Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.

I like that with ease I can back up important files and files that I want to share with others. For the most part, it's straight forward and lives up to its purpose.

The trade-off was that we were constrained by the capabilities of our own network. We've had issues with videos being shown and how they buffer via a private connection to remote locations.

I don't think this is necessarily a problem specific to TurboMeeting though. The user on the other end is generally the real problem.

My biggest use of Turbo Meeting is using it to allow our software vendor to share screens with me and being able to allow them to troubleshoot when neccessary.

To have the ability to hold a meeting from one location and invite attendees from any location.

The yearly cost of this technology is minimal compared to the excellent reliability, usability and support.

Allows me to see the screen on an Android phone. If there is a question or issue, (almost never) the support staff is great.

On-site hub worked perfect as a host. Minimal connection issues and great app support.

Ease of set-up and user friendly. The customer support available is phenomenal - immediate help when needed, no need to answer a bunch of prompts as you actually get to speak to someone.

Sometimes we face problems with voice quality during sessions, especially long distance customers. Also, we are facing problem from Mac system.
