Samepage is a cloud-based collaboration software solution that helps teams eliminate project bottlenecks and communicate seamlessly with team members.

Samepage provides a suite of project management tools, communication features and built-in integration with commonly used apps such as Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, OneDrive and many others. These third-party integrations can help users work on projects without having to switch between various applications.

Samepage helps build teams, create shared calendars, manage documents and record project milestones on a customizable page. The solution also helps track projects, identify pending tasks and delegate work accordingly.

The product has a chat functionality to help teams communicate and engage effectively and allows users to comment on pages and keep an audit trail of project activity.

Pros

I love the flexibility of this software. It's features for page building and calendars is beyond helpful and beneficial for me. I love being able to create assignments and tasks for myself and others on my team.

Cons

I don't have any negative comments on this software. It is a little hard to navigate at first, but once you get the hang of samepage it's an efficient workflow.

Cons

The new format is not as easy . We wish we could publish pages to the public, but the features will available in weeks.

Messaging and collaborative features are spot on, with the ability to compartmentalize teams. The ever evolving feature list based on actual user input and demand speaks volumes to the effort that Kerio places into Samepage as a whole.

I speak as a minority on this one but I would like to see a Samepage app for Windows Mobile in the Windows Store

It just makes working together with my team so much easier. We've abandoned email and Slack long ago - we get all of our communication and content sharing done in Samepage now. As a design agency, we also share our work with clients through Samepage and it makes progress on each project so much easier to see. It's perfect for the following: task lists, file sharing, meetings, internal & client communications, event coordination, human resources documentation. Great mobile app too.

Cons

We wish we could publish pages to the public, but we understand that feature will be available in a few weeks.

Our firm has been using Samepage due to its highly collaborative features. The ability to communicate and share ideas in one place is a great tool to keep. Contact and content management is a great feature that we all enjoy. The possibility to chat and share ideas in samepage is something we always use.

It might take some time to learn the features and the uses of this product, needing intensive coaching, especially for beginners.

This platform has so much mobility its unreal. With 4 locations and close to 75 employees, we need a tool to keep us all informed. When we moved to this software we noticed immediate results. I HIGHLY recommend.

I have a need to share a document, image, concept, project plan, etc. for collaboration purposes. Not just email a document, I need group feedback and conversation about a topic. The chat feature allows for everyone to see what is happening rather than flood an inbox and have points go unnoticed.

Pros

There are many things I like about this software so it's hard to pick just one. So I'll comment on the one closest to my small business decision making. I love that I don't need to pay for each user. I have a business model that has users changing monthly, and sometime weekly. As a small business owner this allows me to share a page when I need to quickly, or have someone collaborate for months.

Cons

The Android app texting and voice texting. When responding to a chat using my Samsung Galaxy 7, all words typed look underlined so they appear misspelled. And when attempting to voice text I need to set the phone down and wait about a minute for it to catch up. Also, there is a syncing issue sometimes with the offline file folder. Not sure why this is happening but would really like to see that get fixed.

Cons

Can accidentally delete a task; clicking on the 'trash' button deletes the task immediately; ideally a pop-up would show up confirming if you want to delete or not.

Cons

Sometimes the interface is a bit ugly

Samepage helps our organization stay in sync. The teachers use the file storage to share lesson plans and the calendar allows us to track test dates and meetings.

Pros

I love that the free version has a lot of features. Our non-profit organization is on a tight budget. This software allows us to stay organized without spending the money we need for teacher/student tech upgrades.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. We mainly use it for the calendar and file storage. I think those features are great.

Overall, my experience with Samepage has been great! It makes planning meetings very efficient for our office.

Pros

What I like the most about Samepage is the ability to organize our meeting agenda's so they are easy to read and straightforward. I love that the layout is orderly, that we can add attachments, and we can use a consistent format. I also LOVE that we can select different colours and customize things.
Another pro is the Samepage Support crew. I have had a couple issues in the past, and Samepage Support has been fast acting, polite, and able to solve all my issues.

Cons

What I don't like about this software is having to add "page breaks" in order to use Presenter Mode. I am not a fan of page breaks and how it turns our agenda into a "slide show" type thing.
I also do not like the limited options to customize the page. There are only so many colours and fonts. Make it more like Microsoft word where you can blend your own colours and choose heading fonts, or regular fonts. Also, a format painter option would be wonderful.

I was asked to organize and manage five primary teams responsible for all major projects of my organization. These teams are made up of between two to fifteen people, all living in different states across the country and each of the primary five have the potential to split into sub teams at any time with an unlimited number of variations. It seemed to be an impossible task until I found Samepage. It handles everything flawlessly. I couldn't have accomplished this herculean task without it.

Pros

I am able to effectively coordinate multiple teams, working on multiple projects, from one dashboard. Scheduling, deadlines, shared calendars, group chat, video chat, and a ton of things I haven't even explored yet.

Cons

The ONLY negative feedback I have is that there isn't a way (as far as I am aware) to make the desktop app available offline. I am frequently working in areas with no internet connection and would love the ability to access my projects.

I use it for three very different kinds of projects, and it works great in all three of them. I organize art festivals (concerts, theater plays, exhibitions, etc.), I manage a graduate degree program at a university, and I teach several classes. Samepage is so versatile that it can be tweaked to serve me perfectly, despite the great variety of needs in the aforementioned projects.

Pros

The fact that you can organize a project as though it were a web page where you can integrate video, text, photos, diagrams, etc. None of the other project management software has this feature. Also, the ease of use. It took my team and me about three weeks to get to the level of organization we were at with Trello and Asana after about 6 months. Definitely not going back.

Cons

I wish the price was not per user. Maybe up to a certain number of users, like say up to 10 for one price, 11 to 20 another price, etc. The nature of my projects require a different number of users for each, so it is inconvenient to have to deal with this for each project.

Very pleased with it. My team members loved it too and now they just use it all the time.

Pros

It was super easy to set up and deploy across my team. It was also really easy to get team members to start using it. There was no training or learning required. Its pretty simple and intuitive to use. I also liked that we could add outside contractors to this so we werent just limited to team members. Its also multiplatform and that was important to us since some of our team members work and develop on different platfroms. I really liked the group scheduling feature. File sharing was surprisingly good as well (although it wont replace our primary file sharing method).

Mostly I loved how significantly it reduced our email sending and speeded up communication.

Cons

Nothing much really. It worked great for us. But admittedly we didnt have to contact support so I dont know if that experience is good or not. I will udpate this review if it is worth mentioning.
