  • Pros

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

  • His work is built on the principle of discussion - for each task, the service creates a separate chat, in which a colleague invites team members. Discussions can be divided into channels.
  • When it comes to the platform itself, my favorite feature is the Integrations that are available in Twist – one in particular: the Team Check-In.
  • Cons

  • It's not the easiest tool to grasp an idea on, it takes time to adjust your brain from real time communication to this threaded version.
  • I'm used to Slack and frankly, threads were confusing sometimes.
