The best feature Accubuild offers is the ability to pull detailed data into Excel, which gives us the ability to create custom pivot tables or reporting in a variety of ways.

I have worked with several accounting packages and I really do like AccuBuild.

I came from a QuickBooks environment so this software is much more detail oriented. The document routing is fantastic and also many reports you are able to drilldown to see the document.

The program is user friendly. For the accounting side, job cost reports, finding invoices and tasks such as those i find the program wonderful.

It was limited in project management functions. It provided job cost reports which was really PMs would use it for.

After we gave up on it, they never checked to see why we weren't using it and refused to refund any portion of it. They have not made any attempt to make it right with us for 2 years now.

Ease of use, user friendly, accommodating, great add on features, easy to navigate and train others on, always improving, great customer service.

The link to Aatrix was a great product improvement. I utilize the Mar reporting features to create templates custom to our business needs.

You need multiple reports to do a task. Is is hard to explain over the phone custom reports we need.

The interface is a disaster. It made payroll impossible and just anything simple was a struggle with this poorly designed software.

I find it hard to get what I need out of your system.

Track costs, profitability, WIP and prep of Financial statements with ease. The software can be self-customized for your business needs creating strong checks and balances.

We love the customization abilities. Most software products don’t allow the end users to make the software do what they want vs. what the developers want.

Difficult implementation but there’s a lot of potential.

We like AccuBuild because it is very easy to use. We can create filed/s based on our requirement, this is very helpful for us to generate report.

We love the reports and details we can run. It's also helpful to have our worker's comp codes separated out easily.

It used to be that when you called your questions or problems were solved asap. Now it is difficult to get a call back and when they do get back to us we can't understand them most of the time.

I dislike the direct deposit setup - you are unable to create a manual check without deactivating the direct deposit in the employee's setup.

The software is fairly easy to use. Both from a transactional standpoint as well as a report generation standpoint.

Their support staff, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] with payroll, has been incredible. So patient and helpful and they are always quick to answer my questions.

Coming from using quickbooks for years - really enjoy the constraints in accubuild and ease so things are closed and locked and journal entries are required rather than just delete and moveon.

The job costing functions are great, and I’m excited to try out the document routing and analytics once we get that far.

The reporting from accubuild is atrocious. It includes information that’s unnecessary and the format is really hard to work with.

We're unable to change entries once they have been posted; there's no editing allowed. You have to either void and re-enter or enter a reversing entry and then the correct one.

It is bad for the employees because the job costing is so accurate, we can easily find the right neck to choke.

Our work week is Wednesday through Tuesday and the time tracking can not move from a Sunday-Saturday week, so it gets confusing.

Accuibuild is an incredible software that is easy to use and works great.

Project management is clunky and inefficient. Scheduling is a waste of money.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
