I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.

There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.

The software is the best in class for field capture and daily documentation in the heavy and high construction business. The daialy time card and diary are outstanding.

Reason why everyone uses it. But it is expensive, and some smaller companies have trouble justifying cost.

So far it has been user friendly for most of the basics and the help hotline has been great.

There are no real complaints on my end. If there are ever any complaints, HCSS will listen and modify their software.

The software support is without question the best I have ever encountered. They have always solved my issues rapidly.

The only complaint I have is the integration between the office to cloud and cloud to tablet is sometimes sluggish.
