ProjectTeam has been a wonderful addition to our firm.

While you can build upon the system form with additional fields and custom workflow you are restricted from hiding or renaming the system fields.

It's been useful in issuing, tracking & resolving EPOs. That we could build custom forms for our sub labor, inventory items & phases of job has been invaluable.

I am struggling to design the merge templates to match my company stationary for completing the merge templates.

It's easy to use and the customer support is really good.

Document uploads are extremely slow, it took 2.5 hours to upload 64 drawings. Drawing and spec packages cannot be linked easily.

We are using ProjectTeam to track all documents for civil/highway construction projects. The ease of customizing on the fly is a huge feature.

As a slightly older person, my computer skills are less than average so sometimes I have a difficult time understanding what PT tells me to do.

ProjectTeam is a great construction project management tool. I really enjoyed working with their team to build the integration with Sage 300 CRE.

Not many things I don't like about the software.

At this point, it's hard to think about how we managed without it.

I dislike that obsoleted files are not categorized in any way.

It is pretty self explanatory and easy to use.

It's user friendly and easy to work around it plus the benefits of customer support help whenever I need them.

That there is no scheduling integration & that some days it's just not going to pull up forms or merge forms without considerable delay-no, this isn't a connectivity issue on our end.

This is a great tool for internal customer management. The ability to upload, edit and access contracts is extremely helpful.

The “out of the box” forms is very helpful, but it’s even more convenient that you can custom build your own to suit your needs and wants based on your reports you would like to see.

Another drawback is that the software can occasionally be sluggish, which is frustrating when attempting to finish important tasks or work under pressure.

After only 2 short months, I was able to implement and use this software like a pro. Reporting and sharing information for huge projects just became ten times easier and greener.

The system is extremely user friendly and provides a great platform for sharing very large files with other team members.

It offers flexibility to create unique forms and customize to suit our needs. Certainly the most cost effective solution when paired with the current (and future) features.

Great addition to our suite of vendors. It has brought some additional organization to the process.

Having used other, more expensive software in the past, there are several features missing in this software.

Throughout that process, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Just like Procore, their integration is dependent on hh2, but they worked with hh2 to enhance it to meet our needs.

The on problem I had was resolved and taken care of immediately through the Help desk.

One of the things I disliked the least was the lack of some advanced functionality that is expected in a construction project management software.

Then hide fields with log configure after they know what they want to see/not see.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
