I had a small problem with billing but Agentology was able to eventually resolve this. If I ever need a service like Agentolgy, they still have me as a customer based on their customer support.

We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye  sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

I love the fast communication. It's nice to be able to live chat with people, way quicker than texting.

I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.

The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.

It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business.

I also love that you can search back and see all the conversations that you've ever had with them and search key words/phrases that is very helpful.

This software works seamlessly with my practice software. It is extremely user friendly.

The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.

It also has other helpful features like business listing management so your business listings are the same. You can also get their interactions product to help you connect with customers.

Not connected to yelp so you will be alerted to a yelp review, but no automated response will be sent. Must log into yelp in order to respond.
