Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

This great CRM has all the tools that you need to successfully keep up the relationship that you have with your customer.

Oracle CRM has everything from a great Lead Management tool to Analytics and Reporting... and oh yeah, it's intuitive and not difficult to train new users.

The best feature that we used was being able to send prospects presentation slides straight from the crm. This allowed us to track when they opened it and how much times spent on each slide.

Oracle is a standard in business software and provides generally user friendly formats and interfaces.

Great software, very efficient and have a very intricate UI.

It is difficult because there are so many different things to do with the tools.

These tools are highly effective for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, streamlining sales processes and improving efficiency.

It's no secret that Oracle has been the major player in the software space for decades at this point. Probably older than me haha.

Oracle CRM is a game-changer for the business. We now have our data in one system used by multiple departments to allow us to make strategic business decisions like never before.

Mobile App is very cool too - however with limited traveling due to COVID, most team members haven't leveraged the app's capabilities.

I love the ability to find notes from any point in time.

The user interface was not very easy to understand at first. There should be no reason to enter things multiple times.

We like how this solution can even be integrated with an optional virtual call center to ensure complete quality control across customers' experience.

That the crash reports are not followed up with the team members who are reporting this.
