Ease of use, Portability, Time, Picture, Communication back to sales rep. Information in Email.

Trying something and experiencing something new. Being part of a Beta program. The fast installation with customers.

Pros

I enjoyed the portability aspect of being able to send in the referrals off of the phone instead of having to log into a computer. I enjoyed the detailed aspect of the emails. Instead of logging into each one individually. The e-mail gave the notes and it had a lead number in the subject line. When sending in referrals. They were dealt in a timely matter and if there was anything more I needed to add in, I could at anytime. Very easy to use.

Cons

I found that the pictures when taken would make the picture smaller. It would cut off some of the address or the name and there was no way to enlarge it. I found that the Gopher program did not tie in with the Telus Program, so there are some issues with not being paid the right amount or the sales not registering properly on the Telus end. Leads only lasted for a certain amount in the system before they were removed off of the application due to the amount of volume. It would be nice to have a search on it or list them in folders by month. It was only used for sales. Using it for upgrades or adding software would be a nice addition.

The gopher system works great, I hope that we continue to use it

Pros

I like that it was simple to use, it kept you informed on your sales and the contact with the customer, as well as a way to reply to the CSR. It is quick and easy to take a screen shot and auto fill the address

Cons

I found that it started out really well with quick response to the customer, the last while it has been 3 days to a week before there was even an attempt at customer contact. Also I would like to see the manual money cash out come into affect so that you can choose when to be paid out for your sales (kind of like a savings account)

It was great to see who was working on your order.

Knowledge is one great benefit of this product. Our old system left you in the dark on referrals for our customers now we can have up to date info for our customers.

Pros

Putting a name to the one working on order even if it took long to get working you had contact and reasons why the delay.

Cons

That is gone I wish we still had it. I wish we could have had access to the payout feature. Other than that no cons.

It was easy to use found sometimes sales people were not as driven to make sales

Pros

Really easy to use great features sim layout easy to follow up on issues and follow the process. Well organized and layer out

Cons

The reps closing sales too early not being driven enough to make the sales. Reps passing off sales to other people closing and in completing sales too soon.
