Kapture CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management solution catering to clients across not limited to hospitality, travel and real estate industry. The solution is designed primarily for mobile use, but it can be used on desktops as well.

Kapture CRM's contact management module can create separate listings for each campaign. Brokers, agencies, contractors, retailers and distributors can all be listed separately in a single centralized database. The built-in chat messenger feature enables team members to communicate with each other as well as with customers.

Kapture CRM lets users capture leads from online campaigns, Google ads, landing pages, websites, emails and more. It also includes GPS tracking feature to track on-field sales personnel. The platform can integrate with existing business applications from Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Shopify, Yelp, Facebook and more.

Kapture CRM is available on a monthly subscription basis based on the number of users. Users can download Mobile apps on their iOS and Android smartphones to access customer information and update filed interactions on the go.

Pros

The chat system has helped me improve my ticket resolution rate and has also shown promise in lead generation

Cons

I would like to see more options in the chat templates. I would have liked capture to offer the telephony integration instead of making me find another vendor for it.

Excellent. I’ve been using it for a year now….thought I would drop a review….highly recommended.......

Cons

The contact center management is great, my ticket resolution rate has gone up and the report analytics gave me a great way to train my support team to meet my standards. Love it.

As a sales manager, I was able to monitor my sales team location on field. This software is very helpful.

Cons

Sometimes, the attendance may not get captured because of a minor bug. But, it has been fixed.and once fixed then the problem dont come again
