Legrand Online is powerful yet simple to use

Pros

We previously used the desktop version of the software for about 10 years and switched to the online offering a couple of years. Any new employees are able to start using Legrand right away based on the intuitive user interface. QuickBooks, SmartVault, and Legrand are the three products that work together that provide the infrastructure to run our business. We use the tasks, opportunities, calendar, QuickBooks Online integration, and activity notes so that everyone can quickly and easily see all the information related to any contact.

Cons

I love the Outlook integration but the feature I would like to see expanded is the ability to automatically attach a sent email rather than going to my sent folder to attach the outgoing emails.

Powerful and easy to use and find information

A good system that allows data to be stored efficiently and as a person that has sold and specified very large CRM systems this one works well with great technical support and enhancements as required

Pros

Integration with Outlook and Gmail, the 2nd calendar which we use for repair jobs and send to our sub contractors which we made the business steps meet our requirments

Cons

Needs to integrate with MYOB and work on mobile/tablet screens
