Nimble offers browser widget and mobile-based sales force automation and social CRM solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution automatically populates customer profiles and interaction histories from contact lists, email conversations and social media activity across a range of popular platforms including LinkedIn.

In addition to contact and pipeline management features such as deal tracking, task management, and alerts, Nimble also includes integrated social listening to keep customer profiles updated. This allows businesses to track which contacts are mentioning, following or engaging with them, or who are celebrating milestones such as birthdays—which in turn creates valuable opportunities for informed outreach and follow-ups.

Great Integration with Outlook 365.

As a smaller business, it is important to create a relationship with your clients. Nimble really helps us realize our goals in this aspect. The affordability is important for us, and with Nimble you really get the bang for your buck. I just really wish that they would make it easier for us to manage the duplicates in our system. It is just very tedious to go one by one and edit or delete them. A merge option would be very handy and would make this already awesome software even better.

Pros

I really love the integration with Outlook 365. Most other CRMs require manually inputting your information, but Nimble does not. I also really like the plugins. They make using the software easy to use and my preferred CRM. The ability to look at the calendar while also looking at the customer information is very handy. I’ve had many times where I found this was useful. The best part is the price. This is one of the most affordable options available and the ease of use makes it a no-brainer to purchase. I have used Nimble for a few years and definitely don’t regret changing from my old CRM to Nimble.

Cons

I really wish that this was integrated with MailChimp. I have used MailChimp in the past for my email blasts, and really like the features. If it were integrated with Nimble, I would be very happy. I also found that sorting through duplicate contacts was a little difficult. I’ve had more than once where a customer had two or three contacts in my system, and I would like to have either deleted duplicates or merged them. I know there are third-party apps that could work to fix this issue, but it really shouldn’t be an issue.

I think the title says it all! Having come from an enterprise environment and being used to salesforce, this is certainly less customisable BUT doesnt require a saleforce engineer to set up and can be used very simply.

Pros

The Price! Im my opinion this offers the best value for money for those looking for a CRM on a budget
Speed of setup, you can begin working on this in one day
ease of use, its simple to get to grips with

Cons

Support is based in US and can be difficult to reach
Not much customisation although this is being improve
Doesnt allow you to add products

Nimble makes you look great online. It tells you when it's time to reach out to someone you haven't communicated with in a while. Cool leads get warm. Warm leads get hot. You get the picture.

Cons

I'd like more set-up instructions on the front end. It's already super easy to use. Having some extra info (based on current situation and future intent) would help me make better decisions earlier and adjust my own workflows accordingly.

Simple way to organize contacts and deals. The email organization was why I signed up for their service.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent when you need them. Takes forever for them to respond. There is plenty of back and forth with them on issues, which would be so much easier if they just went into your account and fixed it. They require you to find the problem and fix it yourself. Very poor mobile.

Started out great but a bit downhill now!

I started using Nimble as a paid user for a couple of years now. As an early adopter, I had great hopes the company would reward early users with new features and benefits. Now I am very disappointed! The price for the service has gone up per month and the features have actually gone down - as the new features get tested on us loyal clients and then taken away to higher cost plans.
The most recent issue is a notice that I have used up my 5GB plan limits and need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I only have 8000 contacts - how could that possibly use up 5GB of data!
Well, I found out - Nimble is downloading all of my Gmail messages and attachments and storing them on their server. They then use this data against my 5GB plan! If I delete messages out of Nimble to stay in the 5GB limit then it deletes these from my Gmail account. So Nimble is trying to FORCE me to buy a more expensive plan!

Pros

The Social media integration is a nice feature. I'm afraid to say about other features because they will get moved to higher price plans.

Cons

The Android app for my phone crashes constantly! We're sorry Nimble Crashed message is a constant companion on my phone. Holding my Gmail messages hostage for more money is a real Con! They used me to test their group message feature and then took it away once they got it working.

We have been with Nimble for a little over 2 years. Depending on the size of the company, I would recommend this product. You can chat with someone pretty much at any time, and they answer your questions with little wait time.

Pros

They are very helpful. If you want a feature, you can ask, and they might be able to add it.

Cons

Can be slow running, and when you type someones name in they don't always come up right away.

Advice to Others

If you are looking for a scheduling software, for a smaller size company, nimble would be great for that and the pricing is reasonable.

We rolled out Nimble across our sales and marketing workflows and have found it is saving us time in prospecting, managing contacts and deals, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Very helpful!

Pros

Nimble provides many different great qualities and features. The deal section is entirely customizable and allows you to create your own sales process unique for your enterprise. It is extremely easy to input information. Since our team is remote across a few states, this makes it very easy for the team to all store information and track progress on deals collaboratively. Management can see deal status easily and check in on communication with current and potential clients.

Very helpful also for mail merges/bulk emails. It isn't as powerful as other tools but is good for smaller campaigns. Along with that, the phone app and social media functionality is very handy.

Cons

Mail merge functionality could be stronger. Better integration with LinkedIn. Some of our sales team mentions that the Android app isn't as strong as the iOS app.

Nimble is ok if it's the best-suited CRM for your needs. But do your research first. I also wonder about the future of Nimble-type services as GDPR/privacy regulations ramp up.

Pros

Nimble does a good job of automating data collection IF your workflow is a good match. And it's a good solution when your goals are focused on user engagement rather than sales.

Cons

It is fairly rigid and lacking in some basic features. Setting it up with WordPress wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. At the time, a paid Zapier plan was the only way to get from point A to B without exporting data as spreadsheets into Nimble. Hopefully, it is better by now, but make sure to research that as a potential added cost on top of Nimble.

Nimble is great! I don't have to import my contacts into a CRM one by one, Nimble just does it automatically, once I integrated Nimble to my email and gave all the permissions I opened the applications and all of my contacts where in there already, even people who I thought I lost their info. Definitely worth every penny.

Pros

Nimble has so many features ( I still think I haven't figure them all out) but it integrates with existing email applications and pulls out your contacts from there. You can also add people as you read their emails by clicking on the icon that appears below the email (if you have added the Nimble Contact widget to your browser). There's real time data being pulled out as you open someone's email (sources are facebook, linkedin, instagram, twitter, and other applications where people create profiles) so you can link a person to the email contact and then select the right social media profile to link the person. It has so many cool stuff it's impossible to name them all.

Cons

It has so many features that it gets a little overwhelming if you're a beginner with Nimble, even though it's relatively easy to figure out how things work, still takes time to get used to a new way of keeping track of leads, clients, and everything else. Pros

We just started using Nimble CRM and we're really starting to dig it! The prospector tool is really cool :-) If you are a small business owner looking for an intuitive, powerful and affordable CRM application..look no further! It integrated with TONS of marketing apps like Mail Chimp and Salesforce and also syncs with social media to give you alerts and notifications. Finally the best part is the prospector piece..simply hover your mouse over an email or company name or persons name and instantly get information about them and then optionally add them to your account.

Cons

I wish you had the ability to create landing pages and subscription forms, instead you need to use a 3rd party app to do this.

What Nimble does best is also what makes it a leader in the space - Having the ability to connect multiple email platforms and customize segmentation, seamlessly.

Cons

So far, we haven't found anything disappointing or underwhelming. I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect fit for data management and email tracking.
