Siebel CRM works well

Siebel CRM works well but needs some tweaks for faster loading time and better UI features

Pros

User interface is good Siebel is easy to use and it won't require much to to get users accustomed to it Integration to other programs or platforms is possible

Cons

UI needs tweaking to look and feel up-to-date. If you compare it to other platforms, I would say Siebel is a bit behind. Common issue with it is how slow it loads up. Unless you have above average PC specs, you won't really say Siebel loads up pretty fast.
