About Synerise

Synerise is an AI-based ecosystem that leverages real-time data to deliver valuable insights into market opportunities, potential growth and process efficiency while delivering a 360-degree customer view. Features include data orchestration, activity feed, auto-segmentation, personalized profiles, customer relationship management (CRM), behavior tracking, campaign automation, reporting, database administration and more. Product is available on pay-as-you-go, revenue-sharing and flat-fee models. Support is extended via documentation, email and other online measures.

Synerise Pricing

Synerise offers a variety of flexible pricing models that accommodate the growth dynamics of each client’s business. The costs are based on the number of interactions, or Data Points (DPs) of the client’s systems with the platform. Each Data Point represents an event registered by the platform e.g. a page visit, a recommendation shown, a pop-up, a transaction, emails sent, web-pushes etc. Synerise offers three pricing and billing models: Pay-As-You-Go: based on consumption measured by DPs in any corresponding period (a month/quarter) Revenue-Sharing: the fee is a percentage-based honorarium and linked to the uplift in revenue resulting from the deployment of the platform features and functionalities. Synerise - this Customer Data Platform that gives unlimited possibilities for future !

Synerise puts a lot of effort to build Customer Data Platform with advanced features and best UI/UX experience for users and marketers. Enterprices can define advanced rules and groups with required access rights. Dynamic content campaigns may be subject to an approval process prior to implementation. Whole solution allows people to work on the same tool, and allows you to control and manage campaigns for even large companies.

PROS

Synerise platform has features which are avaliable in many separate marketing cloud solutions. Easy to build customer identification and integration with current data in other systems is most of the powerfull solutions I know. In Synerise I can build effective omnichannel real-time analytics, custom dashboards, real time campaigns for every possible channel and media, use A/B/X testing to choose best communication. Every collected data can be stored in Terrarium data storage very effectively, thanks to this you can use at low costs large volumes of data.

CONS

Every product can be improved and has some inconveniences. However, it is very important to listen to customer feedback and quickly fix malfunctions and improve good solutions. Synerise team is always close to every customers to improve product.

my overall experience with Synerise it is that allows to know the needs of the customers before the customer decides what he wants

Synerise is complicated and rather expensive - not recommended for medium size e-shops

product recommendation frames were blocked by adblocks due to 3rd party cookies Synerise focus, A/B testing was easy and working good

PROS

It has a very good marketging and trainings, quite good customer support, good A/B testing features

CONS

AI algorithms are not well trained and deliver poor results, it is relatively expensive, the support is good but you have to wait for it sometime if you are not a big e-shop, integrations are difficult and expensive
