The software is extremely unreliable, half of the time you get server errors or the whole platform is down. There is also very little customization built into the platform.

I enjoy HUG quite a lot. I think it leads by example and is easy to use.

The current library features are clunky and slightly difficult to use.

You really have to learn the back end of higher logic to make changes which can be very confusing.

I love how easily configurable this platform is and how extensively I am able to customize our brand through customization.

We chose to integrate directly using  activity sync and I am excited to see how these two products are able to work in tandem to drive behaviors and engagement.

They went above and beyond to understand our needs and help us develop the platform that worked for us. I would highly recommend Higher Logic an their team.

The lack of knowledge base will leave you cobbling together different features to try and create one.

It is powerful but simple, low cost but it works wonders, we liked that they had the free trial shows how capable this platform can be, you can create marketing campaigns through sms.

They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. They made the setup extremely simple and the product is very intuitive and easy to use.

Our bingo club has really benefited from the implementation of this loyalty program. The software is easy to use and their technical support has been outstanding.

I don't think I have any dislikes. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately addressed and resolved.

Difficulty of creating newsletters, they were not flexible inworking with our needs.

Our stores love the integration into our point of sale system. In addition to scanning the rewards card, customers can be identified by last name, phone number, or email address  very convenient.
