Therefore, I don't use this feature which I regret. Another challenging area is the lack of  integration with my point of sale software, EposNow.

Aside from their easy integration, I really appreciated their re-targeting capabilities, customer recognition and rewards, and their check-in system.

Rep. has been fantastic - always quick to respond and extremely helpful. They put a huge emphasis on customer service and it really shows - if I need something they will get back to me within 2 hours.

So easy to easy to use and customers love it. Frequent and loyal customers love the fact they get rewards.

I reached out to complain to support and the response was blaming my customers. UX never blames the customer, but in this case the customer was blamed).

We were always sent back to a video. Even contacting the support line via chat was often frustrating.

For me and my wife it came down to ease of use. We'd researched some of the others, even had the chance to test run others in Dallas.

I would definitely recommend this loyalty program to business. I personally think it’s one of the best ones on the market.

Customers don't have to opt in through a text message. As a result, I have found that most customers give fake numbers.

I hope you get the flaws fixed as this was the worst decision I have made in 18 years in business. Signed: No saving this account.
