An honest review of Amazon Workspaces for Customer Service Representatives.

It has clean and simple user interface. It works on almost every desktop operating system.

Amazing software for secure environment and remote work.

Limited Storage Capacity: Amazon only provides a limited amount of storage space for each user, which may not be enough for some businesses. This can lead to problems storing files and data.

Overall its the best that runs smoothly without having consuming too much of RAM. It is must have tool especially during this work from home period.

Amazon Workspaces allows me to login on any machine, safely and securely, and have access to my work quickly from any location.

So far this is the best virtual desktop for me. It was easy to use and we can let our users to work anytime and anywhere in the world.

Buggy client software that frequently and intermittently fails to connect.

The software is very secure for the company to use and has easy to understand functionality, is better option than many competitors in market and is total value for money.

Restricted Viewing Options: Amazon limits how many people can view a workspace at the same time, which can make it difficult to collaborate with other team members.

The client who wanted me to use Amazon Workspaces could never get it to work on my system, so I could not do work for that client. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Some brands tend to be fake or be over priced.

I liked Amazon workspace because it was easy to use and easy to navigate.

Overall, Amazon WorkSpaces offers a great virtual desktop environment that is easy to use and reliable. However, the cost can be prohibitively expensive for some users.

Apart from this, security, network access, restricted permissions,  this all features are easy to control from AWS. Customer support is usually good and in a quick manner.

The price, the price can get high depending on your team). Still worth every penny say you need to leave somewhere and forgot your computer.

I've been using workspaces for about 2 months now and not for a moment I felt like it was a machine in the cloud, I loved it.

Sometimes, it disconnects randomly or gets slow in the prime time, makes us to loose our productive hours. The lag time in access sometime annoying.

Overall, this software is one of the best I have used so far and I encourage and recommend users to try it out.

The setup process is quick and easy, and Amazon provides excellent customer support. The experience of using Amazon WorkSpaces is smooth and efficient, with no noticeable lag or delays.

Like I said, these workspaces feels like I'm using a machine that is located near me, and using it was just like my personal computer.

I like that it is customizable so that you can monitor your employees from home and not have to worry about outside security threats to the desktops.

It lags at times, might be due to low internet connectivity. You need to repeatedly put multifactor authentication code if you mistakenly close the workspace application.

It is pretty secured as it asks for multifactor authentication code everytime you login. Multiple instances of the multiple workspaces can be opened at a time.

You also save money on transportation costs and food expenses, since you don't have to go out for lunch every day.

Verification is always sent to mail every time we login so that its safe and at the same easy to use. It doesn't take up so much memory while running.

Thanks to workspot we've managed to safely continue doing business from home, giving our endusers peace of mind, while in a safe environment.

Not needing to use VPN to access my workstation made Workspot a pleasant experience. The Onboarding Support Team was excellent.

So far the AMD desktops have been sketchy, and are stuck on an older build 1809 of Windows 10.

We were able to create another option for our users to work. Again, the support team was great and made things easy for us.

Great interface; to the point with being streamlined. I am pleased with the product - we were able to deploy rather quickly.

Workspot was able to connect VM's to our cloud based appliance housing our global file share with ease. The support at Workspot is awesome.

Overall this is a great product at a fair price from a great company. We highly recommend Workspot.

Overall we have enjoyed the experience and have had great reviews from the employees who are using the product daily. A self service ability to increase the size of the virtual SSD would be nice.

The most frustrating part was simply learning how to use and leverage the Workspots to their full potential.

The use has expanded however to almost any remote employee to give them access to programs or systems in our network. We have had users work from across the globe on these systems with minimal lag.

With more options now for machine sizing on the GPU this really is a perfect solution.

The ability to manage multiple pools and have an entire VDI infrastructure that is so simple to administer is mind-blowing. The cost per user is less than Workspaces or WVD.

The customer support we have received from Workspot has been outstanding. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has addressed any question or issue.

At this point no, I would have said more configuration options around the GPU option but that has been addressed with the latest AMD releases.

The power it gave all levels of our employees in both compute and graphics ability was way better than any other VDI we had looked at. Ease of management was another big factor for us.

Limited capability of templates, depending on the setup.

The Customer Success Team was always available to assist with on-demand issues. Very Pleased with Workspot Support.
