Honestly, my experience with Microsoft Power Automate has been a game-changer! It's been like having a super-efficient virtual assistant right by my side. Automating tasks like attendance tracking, assignment notifications, and even grading has freed up so much of my time. The easy-to-use interface made it a breeze to create workflows, and the Power Automate Process Mining gave me valuable insights into our teaching processes. Plus, the AI Builder and GPT integration? Great for making work life a bit easier!
5
Overall, Power Automate’s been a pretty smooth experience so far. The little workflow we set up for sending jobs to our system has been super handy, even though I haven’t poked around too much into everything else it can do just yet. I get the feeling there’s a lot more I could use it for, but I just haven’t had the time to play around with it. For now, it does what I need, doesn’t get in the way, and makes a few everyday tasks way easier.

Power Automate - Fast For Simple Tasks
4
I used Power Automate to deploy workflow automations in SharePoint and as well as to facilitate integrations. The built-in connectors made it extremely easy to deploy working flows, but scaling out took more effort to optimize. In addition, once the workflows got more complicated, it became more difficult to debug and deal with complex flows.

My experience with Power Automate has been largely positive. It’s a versatile and powerful tool for automating a wide range of tasks within the O365 ecosystem, allowing teams to save time and reduce errors in repetitive processes. While there is a learning curve for more advanced features, the platform’s ability to streamline workflows and enhance productivity makes it a valuable asset for organizations leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem.
