  • Pros

  • The line item accounting make it incredibly easy to find where account balances are coming from- so say good bye to exhausting accounts. The clinical screen is beautiful and easy to use.
  • Features and function rich, affordable, user-friendly, provides a great workflow which increases production. Dream Sensors set this software apart from anything on the market.
  • Cons

  • The DentiMax feature to force users to change their passwords does not work, and support hasn't been able to figure out why either.
  • The ledger can be confusing the way it distributes payments and adjustments - makes for a very complicated print out for pts to take home.

  • Ease of use, excellent quality, and good support. Innovative software for analyzing 3d images.
  • Dolphin sports a ton of features, and integrates fairly well with most practice management softwares. It's also pretty quick to use once you get past the learning curve.
  • Cons

  • Very hard to deal with support. The problem gets resolved for a few days and then the same problem happens again.
  • Can be difficult to implement and use without costly training. The program itself is costly, and if located in Canada, trainers are most likely flown in from the USA which can add to the cost.
