  • Pros

  • The different screens are bright and have large font.
  • The ONLY thing I like about this software is that it is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • It makes difficult sending pre determinations to the insurance.
  • The software is difficult to upgrade, doesn't have a lot of built in high tech features and customer service is difficult.

  • Helps with appointment reminders AND review management for a reasonable price; customer service is amazing.
  • I love that we have our patient reminders go through this program. I also love being able to send birthday greetings out to our patients.
  • Cons

  • Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.
  • Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.
