It's very similar to other drag-and-drop graphics design packages out there which means as a psychologist, I didn't have to spend hours (or weeks) figuring it out in order to use it. I also really love the templates and the option to plug in some ideas you have and get the AI to develop a draft concept. This has come in really handy as I'm currently levelling up all the videos for my clients to make them less sciency and more user friendly so that the necessary foundational, sometimes complicated science slips into their subconscious enabling them to take the actions they need to take to pull themselves out of mental illness and back to a place of being happy. The hand-drawn and quirky looking graphics completely suit my brand and personality, plus enables my clients to understand that life doesn't have to be taken too seriously, even if you've experienced emotional trauma in your past. My clients have also commented on how easy the videos are to follow on, now they're not 'traditional' presentations. I definitely make a lot of use of the 'draw' function when animating, it is truly one of my faves! I also experienced their fantastic customer service first hand when my animations weren't saving for some reason (which was thankfully a user error rather than a programme error!). I have been using it pretty much every day for the last few weeks while I overhaul my video vault and I can honestly say, if I see a presentation, webinar or video not using this software I will feel sad for the person who created it. #### Cons It would be useful to have some more walkthrough videos about what the software can do. Somethings I found out on my own after I'd already done a couple of videos/presentations. I did watch all the ones available - that I could find. No incentive was offered When I bought SketchWow, I went all in, since they had a money back guarantee. There was a weird thing with the payment system so I ended up paying twice for one component. I sent a message and within 24 hours the [sensitive content hidden] of the company had responded to me and I got a refund for that portion. I know that subscriptions to things like Photoshop are very expensive, and they are ridiculously difficult to use for someone like me that is not creative, and just wants a tool for designing projects. SketchWow is quick to learn and easy to use. If you want to use a template to map something like a process or a timeline, there are in-built templates to use. You can use the AI tool to generate a load of examples, and you can select one or more and edit them from there. As someone who sells software with educational content as tbe front end of the funnel, our courses have been elevated in ways that can only be visualized. I can take pictures of PDFs and use the Zoom function as I teach. It is awesome. Also, I do a lot of YouTube videos for my AP students. I just did my first one using SketchWow and I love it. It would be great if you can select the laser and have it stay active like you do in Notability. Last month, I was expected to present a brand new project. It was a challenging one and I didn't know a bit what to do. It's not only saving tons of times, but also helping me to produce an amazing slides where my boss couldn't say anything but dropping his jaw. #### Cons I am sort of unaesthetic guy. Sketchwow makes me an artist in instant when I thought the sketch is rough. Don't make the templates too good. It's simply just fun to use and with some very creative possibilities - and the team are amazing to constantly bring updates. #### Cons I must admit that I really like SketchWow. But if I should mention anything it could be that the AI tools could be even better. But in all fairness: That goes for ANY AI tool. You can pull together really interesting diagrams, slides and info docs in minutes. The animations add a little pizzazz to the whole thing and it's just fabulous having all this value in a single license and not on a darned monthly fee. #### Cons There's nothing really to dislike about this product, I have yet to make use of everything it offers, but love everything I have used so far. I prefer the handwritten fonts in SketchWow over other design tools I use, and the ability to create arrows and icons with a handwritten look is just.too.easy!! Now with the pan-zoom-wow, animation effects, and AI - it's even easier to create really impressive graphics and presentations! I'm so glad I have SketchWow and the lifetime deal cannot be beat! I love that I can create infographics and then turn them into a video . #### Cons Lack of AI templates. I would love to have the AI templates mirror the premade templates already found in the software. Also, It would be nice to be able to provide already made text that can auto placed into any of the templates whether it's AI or not. Many times I don't need AI to create the copy it's more about placement. The fact that you can look at templates to generate ideas for your own presentations is awesome. The well-thought-out workflow and features make creating and editing easy and fun. Some of my favorite features are the Hand Drawn Effects slider, the Scribbles and all the animations.
