Some orders either don't get send or don't get process we had a few of them missing. It's rare but it happened.

We have loved working with Bluecart. Everyone is so helpful and we love the service.

Love the Favorites option so I can see what I usually order.

It was easy to implement, user friendly on a daily basis, the customer support team is very helpful and listens to us, and it's a needed tool in our toolbox.

I use BlueCart everyday. It makes me a better customer service sales rep to my customers.

Only thing I could complain about is that I get logged out randomly from time to time.

I don't like that there are two separate apps for sales rep and order placing. This part becomes confusing to implement with entry level employees.

I have enjoyed using this product. Clean interface, easy to use.

Thanks to Bluecart I can see which partner performs well month-to-month, and I can find any areas for improvement to increase our sales with each partner.

I like that it can be used from a cell phone and is very user friendly. It seems very adaptable to the supplier to change things they want changed.

Also love how the customer can track where we are in the fulfillment process as they receive email updates when we update the status.

The cost effectiveness  and labor-savings have been substantial; totally worth the investment.

Benefits: a user friendly platform that all of our admin and fulfillment team can access. Customers get a reminder email when their order gets placed, which drives down phone calls.

When I signed the contract, I read it and interpreted it as a 2 year contract that I could cancel at any point, in writing, with 30 days' notice.

It was very difficult for me to get set up under our business profile.

My favorite thing is the ability to separate in-transit, pending, and fulfilled (especially from the mobile app). This makes it so much easier to separate clients orders.

BlueCart sales reps have been aggressively reaching out to our customers to sell them on the service, which has in turn led to some frustration.

Love that I can log in whenever and from wherever to order. Like that it shows past purchases and the graph of money spent.

I love how I can make “favorites” so that the things I order often are in one place- makes it super quick to place our order.

A lot of lags/glitches with the software; I will log on and the website won't have any of my contacts listed for a couple seconds; or I place an order and the website freezes or lags.

Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

No useable software and no portion of our unused funds.

Odoo is an excellent system that integrates all areas of the company in the same platform, ideal for growing companies.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
