Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

The Prophet 21 development and support staff are very knowledgeable. Many of the folks have been there a long time, employee retention is great and the knowledge is very useful.

Its a great software with lot of options for customization which can suit any size industry, overall a positive experience.

You can easily maneuver through the software and update the areas you need to, and the support is fantastic.

I have had their software for 8 years, and every time I have had to call I have had the worst experience.

There is an awesome World Wide User Group (WWUG) that is very active and supportive. We have tried to take advantage and apply all of the P21 features that we can and see great return on that effort.

Great software, just make sure you have the right parts to handle a quality integration.

As a 12 year user I'm still learning functionality in P21. It's a good solid system for small to medium business and works well in and for single and multi-location businesses.

If you forget to do this at a later date, you can literally cost your company hundreds or thousands of dollars because the wrong vendor was given the PO.

Out of the box it is weak without a strong development team because it integrates poorly initially.

Some features work differently on the sales side versus the purchasing side, which is quite strange.

Navigation is intuitive once you learn the function menus. User group and solutions database is extremely helpful for special applications.

Pricing and ordering guidelines are accurate and easily set up. Processing speed is good.

Epicor is one of the top catalog providers in terms of automobile parts, even though its quite expensive but they have proven to have the best data in the industry.

Even before they discontinued my software I still had multiple problems their tech support. I rarely write bad reviews but the last contact I had with this company was so unprofessional.

We had done a lot of set up before going live but had a few bumps, nothing that caused serious problems though.

I personally like Linux OS and this software is specifically designed to work on Linux OS. Its overall price is cheaper as there is no cost for OS.

Users have complained there are many steps (more than is typical) needed to do basic tasks. This is only an 'out of the box' product for very basic use.

I really loved the Dashboards customization so that my client can customize it however he wants, he can see all the sales in a single place.

Great customizable features; custom columns, the ability to add tabs and add fields almost anywhere on any screen is a great feature. The master 'search' full-text search feature a plus.

Easy to use when it came to placing orders, which is what we used the most.

The intuitive ease of use, and the ability to customize as needed has made this a very versatile software package.

The ability to communicate everything about inventory, sales, purchase with everyone on our team at the same time. It is rather intuitive so training is fairly easy.

Sometimes reports were difficult to be pulled, took too long or were inaccurate. We had to pull them more than once and data wasn't the same.

Weak on reporting capabilities. Can be difficult to deal with credit card payments.

P21 is very good in managing my warehouse and all that is in it. The openness of the system allows for easy integration of other product that help make the overall management of the business.

Over sold on a very difficult to implement and then actually use product takes more time to process.

This is a very good ERP system and from a Purchasing/Inventory stand point this system is very robust. There is nothing I feel like I need that I don't have.

When a data import has an error, it is not always easy to decipher what the error means.

The Dashboard and export functionality impressed me.
