it allows people to pay over time which drastically increases sales

the admin page of afterpay is limited and doesn’t allow for many things but the new UI looks promising

Our experience has been only positive with Afterpay. Our customers like their process, and so do we.

Afterpay offered a great alternative for our customers. Buy now pay later is a growing trend and is here to stay. It is a great offer to pay over time with no interest, and Afterpay was easy to deploy to our site.

At this time, I have not yet found anything I did not like about Afterpay.

I book a hote with Afterpay using Expedia But then realized i had the wrong date but my first installment when out for the pay by 4 so me and Expedia call the hotel to cancel the date and Expedia refund me my money only to Afterpay withdraw after i show proof of cancelation and Afterpay penalties me for none payment and told we get back to you over a month ago

The process to integrate into Shopify was very easy and they had a great on-boarding process.

There is no API connections on the back end to bring in payments into my ERP system to reconcile which was disappointing.

Customer service made setup quick and easy and once you set it, you can forget it. It’s been working seamlessly since installation.

I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

I like what the actual product is and it’s ability to provide customers with an additional payment option

I cannot get in touch with anyone that will help us. We have been trying to get on their catalog and participate in Afterpay day and other promos for the last 2-3 years, we were directed to marketing and told to upload our assets, we did that and nothing happened, then we sent them several emails, never heard back, emailed multiple different areas to find out the status, nothing, no response. To date we have never heard back or been added to to the catalog and can’t participate in their promos.

We run on Shopify making our integration with the app basically a plug-and-play experience. It took us at most 2 days to get running with their system.

AfterPay allows customers to purchase what they want, when they want, without waiting for their next pay period. The payment processing system has increased our total cart value. AfterPay has become a great way for our wholesale clients to put only 25% down on their large purchases and by the time they have re-sold our products, they can easily pay off their balances early with AfterPay.

Customers have mentioned that they wish AfterPay was more widely accepted at all retailers. AfterPay's customer profiles and analytics could be a lot stronger in the dashboard. We would love to know more about our customer's shopping habits, likes, and dislikes. We also have customers who were gladly accepted by Klarna (their competitor), but they can't make a single AfterPay purchase.

Afterpay is the second most used form of payment on my website and since adding it to my website, overall sales on a monthly basis has doubled. Everyone loves the idea of paying off their full balance in installments and Afterpay would always be my first choice to do that.

I love how easy Afterpay is to use. The layout for customers and the merchant portal is so simplistic and straight to the point. Everything is so easy to access whether I want to check all my current purchases using Afterpay or whether I want to access all of my customers purchases from my website through my merchant portal. The integration was very quick and easy and the process to apply for Afterpay went very smoothly.

I’ve been with Afterpay for nearly 2 years and I have never ran into any kind of issues using this Afterpay as a customer or as a business owner. Everything has met my expectations thus far.

Any opportunity to increase conversions is attractive, and there are many processors now using the "pay in 4" model. Give another point to get the sale is great.

They're customer service is atrocious. I Changed the theme of my website template and needed them to update as well, so every product reflected the installments in pay in four. Helped conversions really nicely. I emailed them about it, they never responded. I transitioned to PayPal Pay in Four reluctantly, but it was sort of forced upon us with the lack of response.

Afterpay team was exceptional in getting me started. Business model was the first before any of the others. They are used by high end boutiques and companies and are well respected and recognized. They are reasonably priced and people use them all the time. Their directory spotlights my company and is always recommending me on their list. I get many referrals from their directory. It's a winner company.

No real cons, but I did think their original color for their logo was prettier than the light mint green they switched to, but that's just me.

Easy to use and no credit checks. Customers who we introduce the product to end of buying more since they have payment options and not risk running a credit check.

The ability to use in store. If I can quickly get the AfterPay option in-store as a payment option, it will increase sales. I filled out the application/form 4 times. Other Boutiques have it and it’s taking a while for me to get it.

Overall, my experience with Afterpay has always been satisfactory!

What I like most about Afterpay is that it allows us to make a purchase without having to worry about paying for it in its entirety at once! Simply use Afterpay to pay 1/4 of the cost and acquire the purchase/have it shipped to you, and pay for it in 3 parts over the course of 6 weeks—every 2 weeks. So a $100 purchase with Afterpay would mean $25 now and have the purchase shipped to you, then pay $25 every two weeks until you pay the $100 in full! It’s super convenient when you have an urgent purchase (like a sale, or need it by a certain time) but do not have the full amount for it yet!

The only thing I dislike about Afterpay is the limitations it has on where you can use their service. You’re not able to use them everywhere, only for verified companies. Their competition, Klarna, allows you to use their Pay in 4 option with even more companies!
