This is my 2nd project/business built by auction software and we have been extremely demanding and every aspect has been built as requested. I have used 3 other software companies before going to auction software and we had nightmare situations with the other 3 companies that wasted a lot of money and time. With the other 3 companies either the software would not work or they could not debug and with other 3 companies used before Auction software they always had major issues with getting PayPal to work. . Auction software was excellent at debugging and making the software stable and THAT makes a huge difference and also Auction software's contacts with PayPal are excellent and they always get PayPal to respond next day and get the Payments working, THAT is worth it's weight in gold to us. What I like about our experience with Auction software is it's not ALL about money with them they ALWAYS want us to be happy. We still use them for development and maintenance and there is good accountability for hours but quite often we find the amounts we pay are more favourable towards us than actual hours worked, When it comes to work done for internal bugs for example, in those type of circumstances Auction software takes responsibility for liability for those hours and we are not charged for them and THAT say's a LOT about Auction software. They are not trying to squeeze us for every last penny, I find them to be VERY trustworthy and I could not imagine ever going anywhere else.

I liked the customization options as it is very flexible and can meet extremely demanding and complex requirements. I also liked that we did not need to spend a ton of money on branding design as it looked great straight out of the box. The support during and after development is absolutely great. The cost is a big factor for us and I find it's extremely good value for money. I had very bad experiences with other companies before using auction software and auction software turned things around for us simply because they can make stuff work and make the software stable

We've spent tens of thousands of dollars with Auction Software and ended up going with another company. We were never given access to our own hosting which we were paying for and had so many code issues with the application they have developed for us which made it easier to start from scratch.

We had a ton of customizations which required a lot of communication. Most of our communication was done through Casecamp which is their custom online project management tool. It was easy to use and was a big help. - Custom software provided a Project manager named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was very informative and helpful. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was always available and an expert in the online auction space. Auction Software cares and want their customers to succeed. Blowfish would not be where we are today if we did not go this direction. We look forward to our continued success alongside auction software.

I buy and sell sports cards and memorabilia. I run groups on FaceBook that we do the same. My goal is to build a site that was not dependent on FaceBook for sales. This was accomplished by my working with auction software. Still in my infancy on using it. So lots to do! However, they made what I asked and did a great job with it!

We are working on a few things to make it a bit easier to use. My target demographics is not the greatest computer users. So making the system more simple and easier was a goal that is getting accomplished. If I really need to list something here it was to make it easier and more simple. Their team listened to my input and accomplished what I needed done to make it more simple!

AuctionSoftware was not only affordable, but they were willing to step out of their comfort zone by working with 3rd party vendors for payment and shipping that they hadn't interface with before. Through the difficult parts of the project, our assigned project manager kept the team on task and communicated often with us to clarify requirements for the project to make sure we were satisfied with the implementation of our website. It was a pleasure to work with the entire AuctionSoftware team. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs an eCommerce site developed for them.

None really, the project took longer than expected to be delivered, but due to the complexity it was understandable. The CEO was very apologetic about the delays and worked with us and the team to ensure completion as fast as possible.

It is much more modern and modular. You can customize your software to make it easier to use and understand with your exact needs and the backend is much more modern and visually appealing/easy to use vs existing large auction houses. Definitely worth the money to customize it and have an easy to use and efficient backend specifically designed to how you do business.

Software development comes with bugs and glitches and there are always bugs/glitches happening, we are in a beta phase until that is all smoothed out. Must also be very specific with your needs for changes to the website, but again, these are all things that come with developing a software.

The Dev team has been very responsive and helpful since day one. We have been working with the team since the day we launched our company, so we've been learning as we go and the Dev team has been great at helping create solutions to help us streamline our operation.

I wish there was a way to fully integrate with Quickbooks. The dev team spent a good amount of time trying to develop the integration the way we needed it to work but there were a couple of hurdles we couldn't cross.

Auction Software has been awesome to work with. As a startup, they have been very responsive to our constantly changing needs and priorities. We asked for some new functionality and the US team rolled up their sleeves and quickly developed a solution.

Their software was quickly implemented and has a lot of features that were ready to go on day 1 of going live. The development timeline was definitely shorter than anything we would have built from scratch.

I have been using this company for almost a year now to build my site. Progress is slow but steady. Raj and his team make every effort to understand what I am wanting for my site and generally accomplish what I am asking for. Having worked with a few other programmers trying to find the most adaptable product to meet our needs, Auction Software has developed a great software package with the key features we were looking for in an auction platform. Very easy to use back end delivering on a professional looking front end pleasing to users both aesthetically and function-wise. We wanted an auction platform built on speed and with hours of research and practice with a few different products, Auction Software's choice to go with node.js as a programming foundation is noticeably faster when many users are utilizing the same resources. We have been happy with the support team's delivery of the product and services as promised. Modifications to meet our needs were reasonably negotiated and completed in a timely manner. We caught them in the middle of version changes and they still worked with us which isn't the case with other software developers out there. We have been very impressed and look forward to many profitable years using their product and future projects utilizing their expertise in software development. This is a great business in a box software package with the support and experience to customize for each individual business's idea of what the box should look like.

AS delivered even with a global pandemic and was able to work very hard over many months to complete my project. My particular auction service is unique and I am pleased with the results.

I do not have any cons at this time. I am still working with AS on some fixes and am confident they will take care of it.

We can control everything we need to before, during and post auctions. We were able to design our intro page to fit our specific business and style. It is web based and accessible from anywhere via your phone and mobile app.

The hardest part is the pricing license cost right up front. It is a lot of money for a small business to put down before you see any return, but they do offer a free-trial

Some people know a lot about web development and programming, I'm not one of them. For me I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to get there. When I first started working with Raj at Auction Software he patiently outlined the process and estimated time frames. Throughout the process I've made many changes and added features not in my original plan. Each time, Raj and his team adapted to my changes without complaining or sandbagging. Cons: This is not a criticism but the Time zone difference between me and the development team was at first challenging. I am not the sharpest at 7 AM. However, once I got used to it, all was well.
