I have spend over $400 on a website for one year and didn't make any sales. I didn't want to lose anymore money so I switch to Branchbob for free and I was able to connect my own domain and payment option. And actually start makes a few sales without sending any money.

Went I start they only had a free plan, which was amazing because I could connect my own domain for free and also able to make sale without a paid plan. Most other free plan would come with a catch use their payment solution or a paid pln to start accepting payment.

Not able to see visitors on my site, or shopping cart recovery and integrates shipping platform.

It offers free plan which includes all necessary features, it's fast, it's easy to setup, it offers awesome development options for extending functionality and look, it's easy to connect own domain

Only a minor thing, not being able to switch off shipping details and use it for selling digital goods out of the box. But, their support was quite helpful in pointing out how to go around this issue.

It was simple to set up a store that looked half decent, but ultimately the lack of features (free or otherwise) left me going back to Shopify.

For being completely free (add ons cost extra), branchbob is a great way for those starting out or have a low budget to get their e-commerce store up and running.

Lacks critical features like theme customization, importing data, and integration with 3rd party shipping apps.
