PROS

Mostly the ablility to create presentations and collections very quickly and easily to then share via link anywhere.

Nothing really, its pretty well rounds and user friendly.

Useful For Growing Your Wholesale Business

It has been good. It is easy to use. There are a few pitfalls that we fell into. Like learning how to delete old items that we will never sell again. We had to delete all of the old orders first. Then this would throw off our inventory as they would go back into stock once the orders were deleted. We learned we had to export inventory move the saleable inventory stock, to the stock column, then delete the old orders, then delete old items, then upload the csv file to update the inventory accurately.

PROS

The upload feature is the best. We can easily add new products using a csv upload, then add pictures through the website. Even video can be added to each product. We receive many different styles/sizes in each delivery from our vendors, they all become saleable in a short time.

CONS

It has features that we don't use. We don't use the invoicing feature. We don't use the shipping cost feature. It is basically a great showroom for our retailers to shop our wholesale business.

Reason for choosing Brandboom

These other shops would be put behind a log in wall, that our staff would have to manage. Then each platform would be taking a cut of the payment. Also many of our customers still use paper cheques to make payment on their COD order. There was no way for them to work with them.

How can I make sale my brand on Brandboom, Cause not happen yet since I was in Brandboom 3 years ago

never make sale, I don't know event the Lead and activities is increased from started, and surely I really need help, trick or tips to make sale and brake US market with Brandboom, please let me know if any idea or suggest about it.

PROS

I don't know yet. this years was the 3rd my brand registered on Brandboom with the purpose I want to expand and introduce the brand to more buyers from Brandboom's member. even the buyer whom left the email address on (connect) it, and I was tried the approach the buyer and still not get reply from it. I don't know how this is really make happen.

Diplomacy on Brandboom

I love the service but I definitely think a few more tutorials would be helpful in making the most use of ur overall.

PROS

It’s great to send links to buyers with new products and images. Great to track who and how many people are actually viewing your presentation- easy way to have user friendly line sheets.

CONS

Updating and deleting product- sometimes is hard to navigate. Especially if one of your orders contains the product you need to update.

Nice looking presentation

We have a dedicated [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and she is very helpful. They worked with my internal software to create links. The order link that we send customers is the best- so pretty and easy to use

Brandboom perfect B2B for my business Girl Power Sport

PROS

Brandboom is easy to use. Customers love the ease in which they can select products they would like to purchase. The quality of the B2B looks very professional and features the product perfectly. I like that I can print PDFs of my line sheets straight from brandboom.

CONS

The retail stores that I work with who struggle with technology are consistently being locked out of brandboom and can't get in to view my presentation. I wish they could view the presentations without passwords.

Buyer friendly and intuitive software for resale

I love the company and most of all their customer service. Brandboom has become synonymous with our agency thanks to the efficiency it brings to the buying process.

PROS

I love that our retailers constantly say Brandboom is the easiest software they use in the industry. Despite our brands using other systems, our customers ask to use brandboom instead due to the intuitive approach and ease of ordering.

CONS

That it is not more popular than NuOrder LOL!

From customer service to custom integrations, brandboom NEVER drops the ball.

PROS

Brandboom makes it easy to upload your products and sell the wholesale to clients globally. It integrates with most ERP systems as well, making it easy to track and follow through orders.

CONS

great for sales showroom

Customer service is very accommodating and available. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] He is amazing.

PROS

It is easy to organize the products for the sales team to use

CONS

Unable to change size features once customer orders have been placed. If deactivating products should have an option for buyers to review new items to buy. Mass edit on products would be nice. Creating line breaks on the line sheets. Currently, support integration with our wholesale logistic program.

Brandboom easy to use

CONS

Horrible when launching new updates. I have complained dozens of times the need to BETA test. Instead Brandboom does these haphazard updates and causes issues like not being able to log in, or see order. I would give a 1 out of 10 when launching updates.

Brandboom has changed my business

I am able to sell all over Australia and New Zealand without leaving my showroom. It has changed the way I do business in a very positive way.

PROS

I enjoy using the product. Its easy to set up new presentations and customers find it easy to use. We have had two seasons with no showroom visits due to lockdowns, but customers can still place orders. Now that they are used to placing orders this way, my face to face contact is minimal and this is a huge time saver. I have also been able to take orders from remote stores who don't travel to the city.

CONS

The software updates can be annoying as the format of the order forms change.

Great but needs a few additions and tweaks

I’ve been happy with the overall product, it is quite expensive as I not use the catalogue function and have no interest in their AI that sources need shops. This is because I’m based in Australia and the shops are mostly in the US and definitely not the right fit.

PROS

Easy to create a beautiful looking wholesale catalogue with the added bonus of an ordering system

CONS

Some of the back end features are a bit clunky and time consuming. Customisation of the look of the catalogue is quite limited. Would love an intervention with xero to keep inventory up to date automatically rather than manually

Brandboom User Review

I used to have to send pdf's and order sheets to customers who would have to fill those out by downloading and then then emailing me back with their orders. A very tedious task to say the least. Brandboom has solved that problem by letting me create catalogs and share them with my clients. Buyer sign up is simple and easy so its much faster then the old method. Connect is another feature which i am still experimenting with but i can see that it is very intuitive and has already found me some leads.

PROS

The intuitive features are very easy to use. Adding products is so easy to use, you can create collections and Drag and drop your products into those collections. Next Create a share link and voila we're ready to email to our clients. Its as simple as that! Also Brandboom's popularity almost makes it industry standard so its the smartest choice in my opinion.

CONS

The price is could be a little cheaper but nothing is free.

Fills a gap in apparel software!

Overall it has saved our asses several times and has improved accessibility to our wholesale offerings in a world where ready-made tools for manufacturers and buyers are usually not so easy and user-friendly.

PROS

It provides a simple and intuitive way to quickly and beautifully build a line sheet online or for print offline. Ideal for trade shows and readily interfacing with buyers. Cuts out the entire need for a graphics guy and a printer to put together the entire line when presenting at trade shows or sales pitches.

CONS

The terms and interface can be clunky at first but become more intuitive with use. That said, the learning curve is more of a slight slant and can be grasped by anyone capable of the usual point and click operations.

It happens to be the only and best product for a manufacturer like us to quickly and easily put together a comprehensive line sheet without having to reinvent that wheel with a designer every time we update the line!

Its Easy, but could be better

PROS

We've been using this for years to make linesheets to send to our wholesale customers. It's easy to set up and manage.

CONS

Its pretty basic for the price. Would love to see it synced with our shopify store to automatically import product like Faire.

Good for wholesale clients

Connect program needs work and could be much better.

The buyer connect program and dead beat buyers who place orders through the system.
