Ease of use. Saved hundreds of work hours with lots of additional benefits.
PROSDokan has allowed me to put my dream into a reality. For the small yearly cost you get so many amazing features that would cost thousands and take hundreds of work hours to creat. A truly game changing product
CONSDevelopers and support team can sometimes be a little difficult to get a hold of simply because of time zone differences

Dokan is the most complete multivendor plugin/product one can ever found.
The experience we get from Dokan is so great and massive, to the extent that we have never thought of using other multivender woocommerce plugin for any of our eCommerce platform that we build at ZoloStudio WebDesign Agency.
PROSDokan Multivendor Marketplace has always been our first choice at ZoloStudio WebDesign Agency for the past 3+ years now, when it comes to building a powerful multi-vendor eCommerce platform. We love the nice and clean User Interface. More so, both our clients and vendors love and enjoy the user experience they get, whenever we use Dokan WooCommerce plugin. We also like the fact that Dokan gives our various clients the power to be able to track their vendor's activities and commission, using the well-crafted beautiful neatly organized colorful Admin dashboard.
CONSRelevant features needs to be added to Dokan Multivendor Marketplace WooCommerce plugin, to help enhance the management of the vendors and commission. Dokan developer should help with a nice and beautiful UI vendor profile page. Sometimes, we do experience some breach in code and wordpress debug errors, while trying to add/install more dokan addons to our wordpress CMS framework.

Dokan Multivendor Marketplace offer mostly all we need to build a powerful multi-vendor eCommerce platform. We don't see any reason to use another Multivendor plugins/products

Worst customer service for the price you pay! Better of with WCFM
Crappy. No support which leads me to spend even more money hiring developers to figure out my issues.
PROSLots of add-ons and vast control over what you and your vendors can do.
CONSThe price point is one. You can get a lot more for your money with WCFM and way better customer support. Dokan has little to NO SUPPORT in the time frame most e-commerce sites need. You pay $250 for the ability to pay vendors and it can't even do that correctly now that PayPal Adaptive pay is depreciated. Changing MultiVendor Plugins immediately as of this week and not looking back. If you want to run an e-commerce multivendor site and need some type of support? Look elsewhere and stay FAR away from Dokan. It's a great plugging if you're a developer, for everyone else it leaves you in the dark with half worded documents and very hard to understand integration.
Reason for choosing Dokan Multivendor
Because of its apparent false reviews. Great add-ons and plugins yet most of them have you doing twice the work leading you away from actually running your marketplace. Can't pay my vendors, setting up shipping was a nightmare and still doesn't work as they stated. I had to create a permanent workaround.

Dokan is a product with a huge potential. And has evolved during the last years.
Implemented a stable marketplace environment serving hundreds of statisfied customers
PROSThe Dokan module allows oursellers to setup their own vendor store and publish their coral to a wide audience. As an integrated part of Dokan sellers can maintain their individual shipping rates in their seller dashboard and offer to their customers at checkout. As Dokan supports SEO CommunityCorals is ranked at 1 for a lot of keywords related to propagated corals in Germany.
CONSMissing invoice functionality. It should be possible for marketplace owners to automatically issue an invoice to sellers as soon as order is defined as completed.
