For the many years, I have used PayPal for my payments both as a merchant and a buyer, the new development on PayPal-Checkout has given me a true and new experience. As a frequent shopper with PayPal set as my payment option, using PayPal-Checkout have given me choice, control and freedom for easy payment. When I visit most of my shopping sites, I realized the situation was the same and the payment process completed in minutes and in very easy steps.

. It's very rare for me to talk about my personal experience with software but for PayPal-Checkout it will be an injustice if I maintain the silence. What I enjoyed most. The fact that I didn't have to get back to my PayPal account in order to initiate payment securely was a life-changing experience for me. All the necessary steps for the PayPal-Checkout are automated and I don't have to provide the information manually whenever I need to make payment. A secure connection is offered and the billing information together with shipping automatically generated at a click of a button. What a nice experience? Thanks to technology. I already had a PayPal account at the time I discovered about the PayPal-Checkout making me enjoy an easy time to make all my payment. The software is very greats since it doesn't transfer any cost to the buyer when used for making payment hence very cost effective. When I first interacted with the platform and I was able to receive all the information including the payment transaction ID which proved it was now more real to me. Since I use the same software to receive payment, the steps to enable my API setting and access were very easy when I created my online store. The checkout option supports may merchants and I was able to receive payment and notifications at the right time.

Some of the limitations. No perfect platform can be without a few loopholes and this is some of the disadvantages I have experience when using PayPal-Checkout sing. You must have a PayPal account to enjoy convince caused, the connection can be affected by slow internet connection and inability to pay merchants without ready APIs. In my opinion, PayPal-Checkout is the greatest move that has happened in our time hence we must embrace it.

It makes me life so much easier because I don't have to toggle between several different personal and corporate accounts. I can just pay and figure out the rest afterwards. It makes reconciling my corporate accounts so much easier as well since all of the merchant info is easily accessible and simple to ad to Concur. The mobile app makes it so simple to pay on the fly. 10/10!

This software makes is so easy to pick up the tab when dealing with vendors or making sure that someone received the necessary funds for a quick transaction. The menu makes it very clear what funds went where from which account, and helps to reconcile any business expenses.

Sometimes the app can be a little glitchy when trying to find the person / account you're trying to send funds to, but that is very rare.

12/31/21 sending funds of $100 to my daughters for New Years, i attempted to send funds $100 to my other daughter, but was declined, so concerned i called my bank and was informed that there were NO holds and plenty of sufficient funds so they had NO idea why PayPal would not do this transaction so i called PayPal on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021 and spoke with rep, she checked my daughters email and said it was valid and she tried helping me, but said she could not do anything and suggested that i use another service to send these funds? so i requested to speak with a supervisor which i was connected with [ sensitive content ] i immediately asked[sensitive content ] that she must know why i'm referred to her and she said "NO"? and asked for my information and without hesitation said that there was a block on my account and could not help me any further and she also suggested that i use another Service to send my daughter living in New Zealand these funds? i was completely shocked. This morning i attempted again and was declined? One interesting fact that i recommend for all PayPal users sending monies is the fees for 2022? 2021 fees reflected $0.00 fees is you sending direct from your bank account and $3.99? if you were sending via Credit Card/Debit Card , but 2022 fees sending from your bank account now $4.99 and $8.21 if sending from your Credit Card /Debit Card this is a HUGE fee increase, so now looking at Venmo and other options moving into 2022, but these are huge Corporations looki

Fees for 2021, sending money fees went up from $0.00 using your bank direct or even Credit Card /Debit Card fees from $3.21 to Fees for 2022 using bank direct $4.99 and Credit Card /Debit Cards $8.21 so fees increasing at a HUGE rate moving into 2022

This software is great for small businesses looking to receive payment locally and abroad. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

I recommend this to those who're starting up because it makes receiving payments from new or existing clients easier. On my site, we only use PayPal to process money because it's available in most countries and opens up a wider customer base. The interface is simple and straight to the point, which I like. And copying code to your website is not a tedious task.

I liked how easy it is to set up and use. It’s an established platform that makes me feel safe about them having my information.

I encountered an issue with a customer and needed to have it looked into and possibly refund money. Customer service proved difficult and in the end was not helpful in solving my issue. I seemed to just get automated responses.

I trust PayPal 100%: If I need help, they're there. I've been scammed by a shady merchant, and they've gotten my money back from them. I feel like they are making things easier for online business owners like me, because lord knows we have enough obstacles to deal with!

What I love out about PayPal is that I can feel safe sending a new manufacturer money, knowing that they will protect me if something goes wrong, which it has. They have FANTASTIC customer care and just about everything I need as an online business owner, and I feel comfortable using every feature, which I did not feel using other commerce platforms in the past. PayPal has become my go to place for purchasing samples, inventory, invoicing, payment processing, rebates, and just about everything e-com related.

There are only two things I would say are inconvenient about using PayPal for my commerce: 1.) It's kind of a pain when you have to change an address. You have to go through several different tabs and change everything manually, as well as each and every business card, however, it could just be that I am not aware of a faster way. 2.) Using it on my sales funnels forces the buyer to login with each upsell. I have one funnel that has 3 different one time offers, and if they choose to do all 3, they would have to log in 4 times. This could also be due to the sales funnel platform though, so it may not specifically just be PayPal.

In my opinion it has few disadvantages. It can be difficult to integrate the payment gateway with a website. We have been using Paypal Checkout on our website for over 10+ years. Our demographic is mostly older individuals and we found that they prefer Paypal checkout over a general merchant account on our website. The ease of use for the consumer is great and payments are processed near immediate. Also, the money is available on our side very quickly. Transferring to our account takes only 1 business day as well. I highly recommend having Paypal Checkout as an option on your website.

The reports aren't great and definitely could be spruced up a bit. Since we have been using them for so long, the reports really haven't changed much in all those years. So, we kinda just got used to it now.
