The simplicity of this system is its greatest asset. Intuitive design will have you up and running with minimal learning curve.

Getting a hold of a live person to ask questions during initial evaluation or set up is almost impossible.

I have not found another site like your where i can edit and complete my contracts while on the phone for the price in which you all charge but if you go up on prices that will make me sad

I am able to complete my documents while the client is on the phone or in chat which keeps me from losing sales

Every once in a while i may have an issue once i send the document with how i get it signed by multiple parties but no big deal

Great, have recommended it to fellow landlords and landlady's who are mates and family of ours. Will keep using it and maybe upgrade to monthly subscription as we grow.

Audit trial and reminders for tenants to sign the tenancy. Saves me pestering them, comes across a lot more proffetional.

Not used it for long enough to comment on this. We only need very basic use and it pretty much covers everything we could ask for.

My overall experience with Digisigner is positive. I've been able to run the paperwork parts of my business online since the pandemic started, and Digisigner was relatively easy to figure out and use. I like that I have less papers around the office too, it's more environmentally friendly. There are certain parts of it that are a bit buggy (like importing a template as a Word Doc can result in some wonky formatting changes), but overall it's been reliable software that is competitively priced compared to some other brands.

I appreciate that this software made it relatively easy for me to move my forms online at the start of the pandemic and accept all my intake paperwork, waivers, etc. electronically from clients. It's easy to send the forms in a bundle and get notified when they fill out the forms.

Particularly with some of my elderly (would-be) clients, they seem to have trouble hitting the "DONE" button at the top of the form and correctly submitting the form. They think they have submitted it but they haven't. This has happened several times with several folks who then choose not to be clients because they've spent 30 minutes filling out forms and think they've submitted them, only to lose their work. I wish that the forms could save as they went along automatically or were otherwise a bit more goof-proof.

DigiSigner has been a game changer for our internal signature approval process for our employees. It's super simple for even the least "tech savvy" person to complete. Being able to set a signing order allows the department heads to see that the "requestor" has taken responsibility for and knows about what is being paid for. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] can easily see the approvals, and the time/date stamps allows for clear and concise review of the approval path. Integration with the community was seamless.

There was nothing difficult or hard to implement at all. In our process, I do need to combine PDF documents in Adobe prior to uploading to Digisigner. Being able to combine within DigiSigner would be beneficial to our specific needs.

I am a book publisher, filmmaker, and motion picture distributor. I frequently have a need to execute legal agreements. I have compared DigiSigner with other apps and feel that DigiSigner is by far on of the best values for the money. It accomplishes all that you need it to do and at a price that is reasonable.

Frankly, DigiSigner is inexpensive and easy to use. It contains the features that one commonly looks for in working with legal agreements and I haven't had any problems in the many contracts I have signed with the tool.

If there is any one thing that comes to mind is that the Dashboard could be a bit easier to use, esp. if someone has never worked with digital agreements previously. Just some tutorial links or user tips on the Dashboard should fix this and once you know how to do them with DigiSigner, you're fine.

I like it. It is very affordable for what it does and has helped a lot when getting documents that need to be signed. I wish it had Salesforce integration however I knew that it didn't when we signed up. All in all, it's great.

I like that I can upload templates and then pretty easily send documents off to get signed. I like that I get an email when they open it to review as well as an email with signed documents when it get's completed.

It's not the easiest thing out there to enter fields where they need to enter text. I also don't like that I can't modify or edit the document if it needs to get changed. All of the info that I entered is set and not way to remove or change once it's sent. You have to start a whole new document.

Super happy overall! I'm a fan!

Compared to DocuSign, DigiSigner is a better value for our company needs! The customization is great; we like the ability to separate the transaction page and our clients easily converted over from DocuSign.

Sending multiple documents is a bit more cumbersome but we figured it out!

I love DigiSigner! I have referred several friends to the program who now use it daily and love it as well!

DigiSigner helps me to stay organized, efficient and effective as the audit trail allows me to have proof if they received the document(s) or if I need to request an updated email address from the person(s). I appreciate the time limit on the documents, in my line of work, either they want the job or they do not!

Filling out each line is very time consuming however that is difficult to have a program auto fill and want customization available; while it is a complaint I very much so understand the limited availability to fix it without taking away from other positive features.

Overall I have been very pleased with the product and will be purchasing it with my classroom money for next year. It has been wonderful to be able to easily obtain signatures digitally especially with the pandemic.

I love how easy it was to use. I can organize my files and make it easy to locate what I need. It was easy to collect signatures and it emailed me with the completed document once it was completed.

At first, it was difficult for signers to locate the emails for them to sign.

Extremely happy with the service. When I find a tool that helps our business, I stick with it and refer all my friends and colleages.

I love that the ease of use is very friendly, and it's effective and clear on both laptops, desktops, and smartphones and tablets. The signature looks like a wet signature and all other electronic signature services look like an electronic signature. I tell everyone I know about digisigner.

It's not the software's fault, but I wish it were easier to draw in the signature with the finger, but thats a smartphone issue not the service.

Overall still better of an experience than DOCUSIGN

its more reasonable priced, for digital documents. User-friendly. Very straightforward to know how to sign and how to set up a multi-user signature process.

The only thing that would improve this more would be when I dont have to leave document to send out signatures. I have yet to figure out how to view document and set up signatures then send it out to signers' emails all in the same page. So far I've been setting up the signature for email, then i have to go back to dashboard and find the document i set up then click "send out signatures"

DigiSigner allows me to quickly and easily obtain signatures on documents in an era where it is difficult to get in-person signatures.

I love how easy it is to quickly send out documents for signature. I've used other e-signing platforms, but DigiSigner is the easiest that I have used.

I would like it better if DigiSigner integrated with our CRM and practice management software.

I liked being able to customize most of the fields that requested information, while being able to require only certain fields. The best thing needed which did not work with our previous software was the patient having to unnecessarily click every single field in order to complete the document.

Some of the fields you could implant into the document could use some more work on being able to fully customize the size or quick add additional fields.
