  • Pros

  • Ease of use, intuitive navigation, integration with other services (Youtube, for example, and Google drive), works super well on mobile.
  • I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.
  • Cons

  • I also receive a lot of spam and I'm tired of it.
  • The only downside is the access to the Spam folder that needs to be expanded to view, making it difficult for ordinary users to find.

  • Easy to use, transparent and provides a ton of value.
  • We were able to resolve the issue, save the sale, and prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue. The dashboard is also very easy to use and understand to track performance.
  • Cons

  • Discrepancies in reporting between analytics and Rejoiners dashboard is a small challenge but the problem lies more with Analytics providers rather than Rejoiner.
  • I can't say I really have anything I dislike about this service.
