Easy to implement and easy to use

Great tool and insightful data. Their coaching of how to use the data responsibly is essential.

PROS

We were up and running in days and seeing relevant data in the first week. Super easy to get ramped.

CONS

Would like more flexible alerting capability.

Implemented in 2016 and I'm still impressed!

I've worked with the product since 2016 and I'm still impressed with all of the features and functions it provides. I'm still learning how to utilize it to it's fullest

PROS

As an administrator, it's an impressive program with a ton of very useful features that provides invaluable metrics for the workforce and management

CONS

implementation is time consuming and tricky with a large enterprise like we have. It's not intuitive and definitely require network and product experts

WorkiQ

Overall we were looking for a tool that would provide more analysis of the work that our associates do to allow us to improve our process. This is not the feature we have with the purchased package and we would not want to purchase additional features.

PROS

The ability to manage the associates productivity for those associates that are more production based. The software helps as more of a supporting tool.

CONS

As an Admin the software can run a bit slow pulling up details to set up an associate or research an issue. It would also be nice to see some employee details available on various pages vs grabbing from different areas within the tool.

The idle time helps me to resolve the associates work time to help them see if they are managing their time wisely to meet their production goals.

PROS

The features that are most impactful is being able to see when the associates are working compared to sitting idle. This helps me to see where my associate could be in their work whenever they do not show idle on days they are most productive.

CONS

I would like for the system to be more user friendly when it comes to setting up your own report in order to send something to your associates through email.

All in one time tracking and employee monitoring

PROS

With WorkiQ we can easily measure the idle and meaningful time of the each team member and increase the efficiency of our projects.

CONS

WorkiQ definitely needs to have better reporting features for idle time monitoring.

PROS

This software is currently changing the way we work. With the help of this software, we have improved our focus on qualitative opportunities within our current processes. The support team for this software has been exceptional in helping us through this transition. We have already experienced so many benefits in the short time that we began using WorkIQ.

CONS

As an admin, I would like to see more "grouping" options for parameter configurations vs an all or nothing approach.

PROS

I like being able to see my employees productivity

CONS

If I don't capture real-time productivity details (i.e. login/logout times, minute by minute updates) on the same-day, then I can never go back and capture what occurred, other than a high-level snapshot. I'd like to be able to go back and capture the historical data in detail.
