Great allocation engine with plenty of options for allocating sales orders with inventory and WIP.

Once setup, programs are easy to use and integrate into your business model. Users, after training, have very few issues.

The ERP is great and the integration with the business is perfect. If you are a manufacturing company, this system will cover all the process since the PLM to the B2C.

It is nearly impossible to decipher 860 change notices when sent via Mi9 and authorized and sent to the vendor via EDI. We nearly always request that they generate a new PO.

We use several modules including ERP, PLM, Retail EDI, BI, EDI 3PL, as well as integrations with Retail and soon E-commerce systems.

The ease of use, ability to configure and wide range of features make it a very extensible and scalable solution. It's a perfect solution for small to mid-size or start-up companies.

Upgrades can be difficult if you have a customization or modules that aren't used by a lot of customers (Ex: BC Extender).

We are using BC for many years and we are happy with our accomplish with the software.

So far it gets the job done. I feel pretty neutral about it, but if I’m being brutally honest I miss Appfiles terribly.

The ruble nuances were trial & error. I found the tutorials somewhat confusing, but that could just be me and my need to get through it quickly.

This program is so easy to use, and keeps all my transactions in one place. The reminders are amazing, and keep me up to date on what is due and when.

Great organization tool, sleek design, user friendly, completely paperless, easy to pull reports, integrates with MLS and Google.

I dislike the way you create a new transaction and it's too easy to make errors but errors require the broker to address and fix them.

Been good, have had good customer service when needed, was pretty easy to set up and the ease of the daily use is great.

Overall Brokermint is the best product for our business needs. Would still love more features but they do continue to improve their product.

But it didn't take me long to see what an asset it was to my ability to prep documents, edit documents and send documents to clients in a way that impressed them.

Inability to drag and drop files across different functions the entire program, onboarding portal has no drag and drop feature.

If you call a one sided platform, complete, then you have never used their competition. Contact to hold you hostage when they cannot deliver a fully functional program is completely ridiculous.

Best Features for the Price, Great Customer Service.

It does a lot on its own, it is intuitive, love the side viewing of documents, love that it tells you how many pages are in a doc.

It is easy and can be used from anywhere there is internet access. It's great for agents and great for compliance.
