Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
Sometimes the software can run a little slow on the website, but overall it is a good program to use.

Pros
Easy to use, great tool for managing large groups of people with instant communication.
The broadcast feature made it easy to communicate a message with exactly the right group of volunteers, this made connecting with my team much easier on event day

Cons
The accents in Swiss names did not appear correctly, this was a sensitive issue and required time consuming manual updates on the exports. Never the less this was corrected quite rapidly!
The only struggle I had initially was convincing all of my volunteers to download the app
