Best Software to Manage and extract your Database and all things festival communication.

Sometimes is difficult to work with Eventival due to internet connection. We have a large team and sometimes we have up to 30 persons working in the same time and the internet can became a problem.

Eventival is a top notch tool to help organize  and run any large scale event.

A very positive experience with a big learning curve, but it was definitely worth it as our organization has improved ten fold and our communication with our guests has also improved drastically.

Eventival took some time to figure out but the wonderful (and prompt!) customer service team in Prague helped us all the way, whenever needed.

We really appreciate using Eventival in our daily work, and the fact that it helps us saving time, nerves and money.

Especially, the transport and accommodation module had done a great deal of work for us and saved our time. The system itself is very easy to master and has an extensive guide which is easy to follow.

Just correct it and it will automatially update on every site. No need to correct it in all the sites where it is written.

The ability to customize. The customer service is top notch.

A great production tool that makes the exchange of information fluid and easy.

It is specially made for film festivals and reflects their production needs. The costumer service is nice and friendly, helping you along the way.

There weren't any features we found problematic.

There are sometimes problem on choosing event category.

Training team, and customers service are highly professional, patient and very helpful.

For users that are not so tech savvy it might a bit hard to grasp all its possibilities.

As an attendee to the show, I found this product to be quite useful so that I knew exactly what my schedule was in the wayfinding was fantastic.

Ease of use, functionality, topics, up to date Information throughout the conference. Great photo/cation contest for participants.

I also liked seeing who else was attending the meeting and being able to have a community to interact with would be great if a single attendee.

Pretty horrible if you have to explain an audience of 1000+ people that the app was down for >1.5 hours mid-conference.

The simplicity and the developmental complexity secured the underlying operation of the conference with confidence that worked every time.

My only complaint was that there were way to many notifications. I couldn't keep up with all the groups, chats meetings... whew! should be able to filter that.

Event maps were another plus. Whova is priced well in some ways you're only paying for what you're using which is awesome.

I like how it integrates with my phone and lets me keep track of what I am doing at a conference.

This app was very easy to use and has a lot of great features. It was helpful connecting with others at the event because part of the event was virtual and not all attendees were present.

All attendees were able to communicate like issues with current software usage, likes, dislikes, schedule meetups, give tips, and just share fun things about each other within the community.

The only thing I can say disappointing about this software is that I was not exposed to it first.

The one comment I have it removing the new notifications on the home screen. I hate having them there and could not get rid of them even going through every single article multiple times.

I was amazed by all the features in this app. And the ease of use for each of them  I used it for a recent Nursing fair.

Whova technical support was asking for screen shots to trouble shoot the issue. I ended up refunding over 50% of gross receipts to dissatisfied customers.

Nice that I can go back and watch again or the other segments that I did not attend for 6 months. This was a great pick on software.

I really enjoyed using Whova, it was user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It was my first time using the app and I was able to figure it out in minutes and enjoy the fun.

I have just used this App once, in the ETP and it was truly easy to use and allow me to integrate in the ETP. The information was so useful for me, to know who were the speakers and all the attendees.

The ability to select your own agenda from the programme was fantastic. Made it so easy to plan in advance which sessions I wanted to attend.

The ease of which attendees can peruse the available sessions and then add events to their own agendas is wonderful. You can click between the full schedule and your own agenda easily.
