Using OVEIT since 2015 - great experience!
My experience with OVEIT in the areas of payments, crowd management, and data management has been extraordinary after many frustrations caused by numerous failed attempts in over 15 years of organizing large events. It's much better compared with Eventbrite or Festipay or others.. similar.

CONSThey can do better in growing faster, globally, and develop more integrations with other players to make our life easier.

If the end user is willing to sit back and scope things out they can build a robust ticketing system for fractions of what other systems cost.
PROSFlexibility, I needed a software ticketing system that allowed me to collect the data I needed. Oveit Forms allowed me to to that.
CONSAdd Ons are great BUT not being able to report on qtys sold and stop sales when sold out presents issues. We have found work arounds but it is all manual

Easy of set up and the features we needed where already there. The ability to control the outcome of the end sale was most important to us and Oveit allowed us to achieve that.

Very happy! Collaborative, professional, very reactive.
PROSEasy interface, very reactive team, easy to integrate the ticket portal to our website - which is essential to us.We really enjoyed the collaboration - Bogdan attaches a lot of importance to being professional and ensuring a smooth experience, and this was highly appreciated.
