Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus

  • Pros

  • We tried Accruent for a while to help us out on our projects and maintain a good schedule of our jobs.

  • Great software for businesses of all sizes to manage their day to day operations. It offers users market planning and site selection capabilities.

  • Cons

  • I do not like that you can not accept or reject a work order from an email. That is one of my favorite aspects of service channel. This program is definitely more organized though.

  • I don't really have a negative position about this software. If I had to choose something I would say a customization feature would be nice.
