  • Pros

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

  • A cloud software solution tailor made for the landscaping industry. Leading edge technology with a constantly improving platform.
  • I like the ability to track job times, the app, the invoicing, bulk email notification to clients, the dispatch board, job costing reports, the integrated estimating - scheduling - invoicing platform.
  • Cons

  • There is a version 3 in the works for a couple of years now (always beta, not complete), but it seems less intuitive and worse laid out than version 2.
  • Templates are very confusing how to use them and we finally gave up and switched to LawnPro.
