RigER is a cloud-based field service software solution specializing in oilfield rentals. This product targets small to medium-sized service and rental companies.
RigER allows users to schedule oilfield service, dispatch rental fleets, get operational data, generate oilfield invoices and analyze performance.
Users create documents called field tickets, which allow them to track labor, equipment, mileage, service, location and client. The system also makes sure safety requirements are being met.
RigER can dispatch rental or service fleets in real-time. It includes a visual field dispatcher, oilfield calendar and equipment and job scheduling. Invoices can be sent out next day with one click. A reports dashboard is also available.
This product is offered only in North America. Customer support is offered via phone during normal business hours, and email support is offered 24/7.

After spending a ton of money and years on trying to get three other databases up and running RigER ended up being a great solution for us. The team knows the oil and gas industry with all its intricacies and immediately understood what we were looking for. The onboarding/integration process was much easier than anticipated and was extremely smooth. While working through some of the initial bugs, the service team was exceptional...turning changes around very quickly, answering questions and assisting with training. The software makes sense and is easy to use and if you have any issues, the RigER team is there to help. I also love that if there is ever anything that we need to be tweaked or changed they are quick to assist. Their training is improving with video tutorials and webinars!
As with any software, the biggest con is not knowing how to use all of it's functions. I know there are a lot more features that RigER offers that would be valuable...but I haven't had the time to explore more than the components than needed at the time.

RigER is a great tool to dispatch jobs quickly, invoice clients faster, and get accurate reports. It has powerful mobile apps, oilfield maps and geo locations, and fast and friendly support!
Couple of times it took too long to add new features we requested (3-4 weeks). New features was 'polished' several times.
