We have had a very good experience with Cleo and have been happy with the product purchased (VLTrader). We have hundreds of trading partners that we transmit files to on a daily basis.

Harmony is very powerful and has a lot of options. Once you understand the software, it is easytouse.

Ease of Use and Ease of the implementation. Tech Support is great and can work with you to help check issues on your system.

It is fairly simple to setup and administer. Support is fair to good and overall has most features needed.

The interface ability with objects and linking speeds up development. Feature rich and growing with more functionality in the near future.

I am very impressed with the visual organization and ease of use in comparison to previous versions.

Cleo Clarify is a pretty good integration solution.

If there is one thing I regret, it's the fact that I let it sit for 6-7 months before looking at it again, and that really was detrimental.

CLEO EBI has proved to be a powerful application for our EDI needs and volume. Customer Support is awesome.

Features are what I like best as well as ease of use. The fact that clarify is being integrated in Harmony is great and will assist our company greatly.

Expense and purchasing AS2 blocks. This is a limiting factor but getting unlimited licensing is way too cost prohibitive.

Overall, very happy with this product. Mostly importantly, Customer Support is one the best.

Does everything advertised for in an efficient predictable way with no fuss. In 14 years using the software, support has been needed twice.

The support team is very professional, and for the most part they are good at getting your questions or issues resolved quickly.

But, I have little issues that were not caused by me. I have worked with support and they have provided excellent guidance on getting the server functioning at a high level.

Some of the errors are difficult to solve based on the information that is reported to you.

There is currently a lack of available online knowledgebase for their products. However, they are working on implementing one.

I can access my account info via fb messenger, safely.

On EBI 2.6, error causes can be hard to decipher and there are some quirks that need to be worked around. We do plan to upgrade to current in the near future.

I like how it will tell me how things are going in my account. It also gives me quiz about my budgets.

Cleo is a cute little way to keep track of your overspending.

If all of your integrations are straight forward and simple, you will love Cleo Clarify.

It was good fro awhile but as we grew our AS2 base, it was impossible to stay ahead financially.

Harmony software is very easy to learn and user friendly. The menu bar help to select the option and help tab provide explanation.

Cleo is fun to use and is always offering new ways to win some money. The app is very user friendly.

We have been using Cleo for about three years now and the software has never malfunctioned or crashed. We've had to use their support two times, and they were very cheerful and helpful.

The biggest issue we had prior to this software was the inability to provide both unzip and decrypting on ftp uploads with the same workflow.

I find the emjoi and hit me texts on messenger annoying and a bit juvenile.

I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.

The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.

It has a Google Docs integration which is perfect when you share too many documents. I like that you can edit online and the 15g of free storage.

It's perfect for storing your files, I own a business and I'm also a Web Developer so keeping my files in a secure place where I can access them anytime and from anywhere is very important.

Overall this is an excellent product with great customer service.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

I love the user friendliness of it and the accessibility it gives to our team. The Google Spreadsheets is a lifesaver.

Is that its easy to use with other google app. Its offer good customer service and it offer the most storage space unlike other app.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.
