Timely, Efficient and backed by a solid team!
I took my business through a late stage seed round and needed to begin managing my cap table; As CEO of a start up I already cannot seem to find enough hours in the day to accomplish all of the tasks I need to. I connected with Pulley and within 2 hours my profile was set up and the software was breaking down everything I needed for reporting purposes.
PROSThe ease of use, the almost instant set up and the team running this business.
CONSI don't have anything constructive say about this software; I enjoy it all around.

Carta is a solid product offering, however, the poor communication and the level of difficulty it was to connect with someone on their team was more than enough of an issue to leave the platform; I was even given Carta for 1 year at no-cost---I chose to pay another vendor (pulley); Human connection matters.

Outstanding support, amazing product
We left another captable software because I was disappointed with the price point, useability of the software, and the support. Pulley, within 5 days of signing up, had blown my expectations out of the water on all three fronts. I like
PROSSuper fast and supportive setup, functionality is extremely intuitive. Amazing pricepoint.
CONSNothing significant so far, but I know that when I do find it Pulley will be quick to respond!

Great product
Got our 409A valuation done quickly without much hassle.
CONSOnboarding process could be easier but I did like the ability to pull my details from another software I was using before.
