This is a great product for a mid-sized facilities management operation. I've used it at two different organizations and have been very happy with both the product and their support.

Top managers love the fact through reports and dashboards, they get real-time information on our maintenance operations.

There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM.

The transition from our prior CMMS to eWorkorders was quick and painless. This software is a great value.

Setup and configuration is difficult until you become intimately familiar with the product.

There is not away for creating custom queries to be written if you are a SQL user. We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones.

It looks like its going  to be user friendly. The customer service and tech support is very good.

Sometimes finding a specific work order it difficult because the type filters that are offered.

There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.

Mobile version is not available while offline (no internet/wifi/mobil access).

We see so much come through in a day that you can retain that info. Being able to add pictures and notes are great.

It is super easy to learn and use. Very easy to setup as well.

The have great customer support. Hundreds of reports to choose from and if you can't find a standard report from their list of reports, they will build a custom report for you.

Ease of configuration, personalization and customization. Straight-forward, trouble free, fast inexpensive Implementations (ie $1,500 completed in 1 week).

The software is little bit difficult to manage first time but as you familiar with the tool it's works smoothly.

The ease at which you can gather information in real time.

It is easy to use and has a nice look to the eye. Also like the daily reports and the active reports for when the vehicle battery dies, tow, or unplug of device.

The product is easy to use and offers a lot of features that make it easy to increase productivity.

Sometimes it lags, or takes it a min to update the info.

Safer drivers, better information, improved fuel savings.

We are happy with it and do not intend to change GPS service providers.

Very good program helps to keep our costs down when we dispatch due to being able to figure out who is the closest tech to the next job.

The ease of use makes Silent Passenger a great tool to track your vehicles, know where your drivers or salespeople, other company vehicles are.

The installation teams did a terrible job. Cut wires, screws through wires and boxes, etc.

New York City tends to bounce the signal a bit more than it used to. There are some lags in the data.

I never have an issue with contacting anyone from Rapid. When they answer which is usually right away, they are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond.

I dislike how inaccurate the locations can be sometimes.
