Celeste Bermudez has been great at follow-up and she is helping up upgrade all our devices. Much of this has not happened yet so it is hard to rate of ease of use, functionality or overall quality.

The explanation of the product was very clear and concise, my product arrived earlier than originally promised and tech support was wonderful in helping me set it up after installation.

Apparently it had water damage that we didn't notice.

I have issues with the website consistently. Whether it's user error, website error, or internet error, I'm unsure.

If you send an email or leave a voice message about an error or issue it will take about a day or two for someone to reply letting you know they are looking into it.

People problems are usually difficult to repair - your company has NO people problems, hopefully the tracking unit can be easily repaired.

Samsara has been a great tool not only in organizing and managing out vehicles and assets, but has allowed us to successfully defend against false claims.

It is the best integration I have seen so far.

Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud.

Lack of integration with our CRM and inability to automate creating new customers from an outside source.

The only downside is that when the gateway has an issue with the truck the GPS tracking is shut down.

The other thing that really impressed me was that for what you pay, you receive free feature-rich firmware and software updates to your equipment during the life of your contract.

There ELS picks up violations in elog and no one able to remove the violation.

We have been very happy with Customer service. The Cameras are very clear with good night vision as well.

Since everyone has begun working from home and remotely, customer service has suffered and response time from email is very lacking, and when they do its the same scripted reply's.

We use this daily and it has saved us in payroll cost as well as downtime with my drivers. The clarity of photos is crystal.
