The explanation of the product was very clear and concise, my product arrived earlier than originally promised and tech support was wonderful in helping me set it up after installation.

Apparently it had water damage that we didn't notice.

I have issues with the website consistently. Whether it's user error, website error, or internet error, I'm unsure.

We are happy with the mobile app. I haven't had to contact customer service much but any time I do reach out to them everyone is always super polite and helpful.

They perform system maintenance at 3:00am local time which on the East coast is the start of our day. A bad time to degrade system performance.

If you send an email or leave a voice message about an error or issue it will take about a day or two for someone to reply letting you know they are looking into it.

People problems are usually difficult to repair - your company has NO people problems, hopefully the tracking unit can be easily repaired.

My favorite features are the easy to use apps. Out old fleet tracking software required a computer.

Always willing to assist in anyway they can. I like that the product is very user friendly.

Also hate that it keeps forgetting my settings. It seems to get fixed and then one day its back to the old settings, frustrating to have to go back to fix it.

We like the adaptability of the inspection templates, that we could control what our drivers look at each time, and that it integrates with some of our other software.

In order to add new drivers or equipment I need to have it done vs being able to just do it myself and there are no generic reports for rental units.

Reports are a breeze and forms are easy to create and use. Our drivers find the app is easy enough to use and I'm thrilled we are using this with our fleet vehicles.
