Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • How easy it is to find the history of a piece of equipment and parts used.
  • The Software is very user friendly compared to several other of the competitors.
  • Cons

  • The only problem we encountered was the inability to turn off preventative maintenance scheduling for the weekends as the shop guys don't work outside of Monday-Friday.
  • Cannot set customizable fields globally for the fleet. Character space allowed is too limited in some instances.

  • It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.
  • I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.
  • Cons

  • Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.
  • There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.
