There should be 1 training video with several modules that I can send to field staff for training. Cons: The guys have trouble logging in. It always says incorrect user or password and that is not the case. When you call in, Titan acts like this is the first time it has happened and I find that impossible to believe. I've never dealt with a company like that in my life. Nothing but issues and the response is almost non existent. They don't return calls or emails. Sometimes drivers cannot log in. The tablet they provided is thinking and thinking and does not log the drivers in. No use calling to complain. There are lots of issues with freezing, unable to log in, not updating etc. Cons: Customer service is terrible. They will not try to resolve your issues. The software does not update like it should. Sometimes it shows truck idling for all night in the app when it has been shut off overnight. Reasons for choosing Titan GPS The promise of what they can do and provide. I would strongly advice anyone looking at their product to avoid them at all costs. We have had great success in the tracking of our fleet and have enjoyed the insurance discounts as well. The installation is very straightforward. There are a lot of options and reports you can run on the portal. Cons: The AP1 camera units we had were plagued with bugs and issues.
