We appreciate the digital signature, the G Suite integration, and the flexibility to map our business process to this solution.

While having a bit of a learning curve, this form software is far more capable than any other SAAS based form tool.

The data entered in the form and the completed form PDF's  sync seamlessly to Google Drive. The web interface for the form is intuitive and easy for end-users to navigate.

First, the support is amazing. They have been incredibly helpful in getting me started with the system.

Limited script debugging features. Installation and upgrade process is manual and painstaking.

Frevvo is a great cost-effective form work flow solution.

Using the schema file to optimize and build forms has been very helpful too.

Great product that has performed very well for us at Mercy Ships.

Not with Frevvo, customer support is fantastic and they are always quick to respond with an issue or question. They have an endless library of training resources that are updated constantly.

And the transition to the launch support team was smooth.

Support and business contacts are very helpful and impressively responsive. The price is very reasonable and easy to prove ROI over other platforms.

The install was quite difficult, and the Tomcat aspect seems to be a little temperamental.

It is very easy to learn. And what's very impressive is the fact that Frevvo encourages its users to get educated on the software to the point that they can self-develop and maintain applications.

Full PDF form integrations make this an excellent tool for preparing as well as creating various documents for any business process.

Customer support is great. The cloud hosted SaaS works very well for us - a small IT shop in a rural higher education institution.

When an error in a formula was discovered we had to correct it 57 different times.

The software is easy to create forms and it’s  easy to setup workflows.

Frevvo is easy to use without javascript knowledge, but offers flexibility with someone who does.

If you have the people who are trained for your organization start using this immediately after training you will have very little difficulty converting your current forms.

Support for easy MS AD authentication through an LDAP security provider. Able to use and integrate existing SQL data and reports.

End of long paper based work flow. Increased efficiency in many ways:  Reduced cost, reduced work time, reduced wait time.

Even though it is very easy to use without knowledge of javascript, frevvo offers the flexibility to create really great forms if you have a good knowledge of coding in javascript.

My only complaint might be the lack of code libraries. I found on a few occasions I had the same code in several forms.

They have a launch pack that builds in support to help you be successful out of the gate. Additionally, when I do submit an issue I have very quick replies from their support team.

Yes it is worth using, it allowed us to remove all our old word forms and a lot of manual tasks as Frevvo managers them automatically.

It may not be the software fault but the forms do not resemble the old paper forms.

Great email marketing, good for large scale drip campaigns. Very user friendly and has a huge range of customizable features.

I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.

Pardot could be a good fit if you need good Salesforce CRM integration and have the budget for $1,000/month or more.

Pardot has made it easy to understand how our marketing is working, know who is a hot lead versus a disengaged one, and to create content that is easy to share and delivers good ROI.

I like this tool as one of the best marketing automation tools available in the market. You can do everything here.

That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.

Love the customization of the emails. We are always sending emails and are greatful for the knowledge Paradot has in legal email opt outs.

Pardot is a Salesforce Marketing extension, and I really liked to use both applications. There are different API connectors that can be used to integrate other software I use, like webinar software.

In turn, the product has an excellent return on investment thanks to the good management of the campaigns it allows.

There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.

There isn't an undo button which is very frustrating.

It has lots of different and useful features, and helps you automate lots of different tasks. It's great for email automation.

Once Salesforce bought Pardot, the customer service experience got very bad. It was incredibly hard to find answers to y questions or to get live support.

The software is great for staying in touch with prospects and clients. It makes it easy to set up emails, create content, measure and report on results, and build stronger relationships.

Great to up your inbound marketing game through strong prospect tracking and seamless sync with Salesforce CRM.

We are very happy with pardot and look forward to implementing more of the features pardot has to offer.

The cost is ridiculous given what is available from competition.
