The system is very easy to use allowing for the training of others and removing the owner/manager from day to day tasks.

Our sales team uses iPads exclusively. It also will not allow us to edit the dates on attachments which makes our process very difficult.

We have been able to move out company from multiple plateforms to one so that’s awesome.

After spending thousands, I had to abandon the migration as the software couldn't hold a candle to MarketSharp and all the features in this system.

The people are so helpful and the program is so easy to learn and use. It has been a great experience and so helpful to the company.

This CRM is not mobile-friendly at all. We have tinkered with a few other CRMs along the way, and this was, by far, the worst of the bunch when it comes to using on anything other than a computer.

The operating system isn't extremely hightech and complicated to navigate which made it extremely easy for me to learn how to operate.

The missing component for our organization is a little more in depth tracking on the production side of the business.

Marketsharp provides a great home improvement CRM that has changed how my company does business.

Overall it has been positive. At this point, it is being used to build customer history for each visit.

The data that you get out of it is fantastic. I also love the integration to Quickbooks which makes it even easier to manage the business.

This is the best app I have tested for my business a big hard to understand at first but it is great to utilize if you have a great booming business.

First off the best customer support you can get. Its easy to use, SF is always looking for upgrades and making it more functional for their customers.

With Service Fusion I found a great mix of everything I needed. It is easy to use, and any issues I run into are quickly solved with their awesome customer service.

We had gone through two programs that were not providing us with the Quickbooks relationship we needed as well as the ease of use and service dispatching.

I can’t tell it to ignore that and place an order for another one for my truck. So I’ve now messed with another techs inventory and he doesn’t even know.

Please be aware that our experience with their customer support has been terrible. The program is buggy and Developers are slow to fix problems.
