20th Century Software
We originally decided on this software to integrate all departments operations in one system; this did not work out. We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on. Very easy to train new employees on though, and the "room view" portion is handy for our maintenance and housekeeping forecast.
PROSWe switched off of a very old system, so some of the functions seemed nice and new. The ability to integrate all departments (F&B, golf tee times, membership, and lodging) is what made us decide on Total Integrated in the first place.
CONSVERY glitchy software. Room swaps could wind up leaving two reservations in the same room on the same night.

A true partner when it comes to solutions for our company
